    KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

    This Deed of Assignment is made and entered into this ___ day of __________, 20__ at the City of

    WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR has offered to assign all his rights, title and interest over the Subject
    Property, as referred in said Contract to Sell and the ASSIGNEE hereby accepts the assignment in
    accordance with the terms herein set forth;

    NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and the sum

    ASSIGNOR hereby acknowledged to have received from the ASSIGNEE, the ASSIGNOR hereby assigns,

    Contract to Sell and the rules and regulations, and restrictions pertaining to the said Subject Property.
