    A RESOLUTION APPOINTING HON. ROSALYN C. PELICANO, AS
    COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN OF FINANCE FOR BARANGAY OF FERDINAND,
    LORETO, DINAGAT ISLANDS
    WHEREAS, the Barangay Council of Ferdinand recognizes the importance of promoting
    transparency on financial matters of brgy Ferdinand;

    WHEREAS, the Finance Committee plays a pivotal role in spearheading initiatives that
    promotes for the enactment of barangay revenue ordinances which feature the over-all income
    measures of Barangay Ferdinand;

    WHEREAS, Hon. Rosalyn C. Pelicano has demonstrated a deep commitment to community


    service and has shown exemplary leadership skills during her term as a Kagawad Member;

    NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Barangay Council of Ferdinand, Loreto,


    Dinagat Islands, that;

    Section 1: Hon Rosalyn C. Pelicano is hereby appointed as the Committee Chairman of


    Finance for Barangay Ferdinand.

    Section 2: The Finance Committee, under the chairmanship of Hon. Rosalyn C. Pelicano is
    tasked with developing and implementing programs that will find means to improve the
    administration of the barangay for its effective governance, and promotes transparency and
    accountability of Barangay Ferdinand.

    Section 3: The Barangay Secretary is directed to furnish Hon. Rosalyn C. Pelicano with a
    copy of this resolution and to disseminate the information to all concerned parties.

    Section 4: This resolution shall take effect immediately.

    APPROVED, adopted this 18th day of December, 2023 at Barangay Ferdiand, Loreto,
    Province of Dinagat Islands upon the motion of Hon. --------------------------and duly seconded by
    the body and jointly approved by the body.
