General Information :
Kindly note : No Forms will be available at the school. There are 5 pages in the form.
Complete form must be downloaded & printed. (No Registration Charges)
‐ The academic year is from March 2024 to March 2025
‐ Only those children born between 1st April 2019 & 31st March 2020 will be eligible for Nursery Admission for the
SAMANVI GROVER
Academic year 2024‐2025. If your child is not within the specified, he/she will NOT be considered 01-01-2024
‐ Recent passport size photograph of child (Not more than 1 month old) with the child's Name & date of taking the
photograph (as per sample) {with white background}
‐ Filled in Registration Form along with all the relevant documents will be accepted between 11.00 a.m. to 01.30 p.m. from 11th Jan. to
20th Jan. 2024 at the school.
‐ Incomplete form/those filled with incorrect information/unattested forms or forms without all the required documents, will NOT be
considered for admission.
‐ If the names & surnames given in the registration form do not match with the Birth Certificate of the child, the registration form will not be
considered for admission.
‐ No alteration will be permitted in the registration form once the same has been submitted. Hence you are strongly advised, If you so desire,
that the necessary rectification like addition/deletion of the name/surname/parent's names/is done legally from the authorities before
submission of the registration form.
‐ In case it comes to the knowledge of the management at any point that the information furnished is incorrect or wrong that the admission
will stand cancelled without having any right to claim any refund of the fees paid.
‐ REGISTRATION DOESN'T GUARANTEE ADMISSION. The admission process will be considered complete only on completion of all formalities
of admission & payment of fees within the stipulated time.
‐ Only one registration form per child will be accepted. In the event of it being discovered that more than one registration form has been submitted
for a child, all the forms will stand rejected & the candidate is disqualified.
‐ There will be a preliminary examination of the form. All forms found incomplete/with documents missing/unattested/with incorrect
information will not be accepted.
‐ The accepted form will thereafter, be subjected to further detailed scrutiny.
‐ School fee for students who have been granted admission must be deposited in the school office, between 1st February, 2024 to
10th February, 2024 from 10.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m.
‐ Preference will be given to the Siblings, Wards of Alumni, Management, Wards of staff & Christians. Conditions apply.

‐ FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE ADMISSION FORMALITIES (Including payment of Fees) by Feb. 10th, 2024 shall result in forfeiture of the seat
& it will be offered to the next individual from the waiting list. No extension of time for completing admission formalities will be given.
‐ Please note, Parents are required to prepare a consolidated DEMAND DRAFT / PAY ORDER in favour of "Holy Angels School, Rajpura".
‐ Kindly mention the name of the child, Father/Mother/Legal Guardian name & mobile number on the reverse side of the Demand Draft/Pay Order.
‐ KINDLY BRING ALONG THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSE. THE SAME WILL BE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY.
Note :
1. All forms submitted with the accompanying documents and photographs shall become the property of school and will not be returned.
2. Contact Numbers/E‐mail Id's given must be permanent, valid and working. In the eventuality of your given numbers / e‐mail address become
inaccessible or dysfunctional, the school will not be held responsible for the consequences.
3. Please ensure that the acknowledgment slip given to you is retained and produced when ever you come to the school regarding all future
dealings pertaining to admissions.
The school is not responsible for providing transport facility. There are, however, few private contractors plying buses, under
contract with the school. The buses are being run on pre‐designated routes. Parents will be responsible for arranging transportation
for their child if no seat is available on the buses or the child stays outside the already designated routes.
Please Note : Fee structure for the year 2023‐24 is available on the school website : holyangelsschool.in Fees may be increased for the
year 2024‐25 and like wise for the subsequent years the fees may be increased vis‐a‐vis the fees prevalent in the immediate preceding year.
Parents are requested to check the current fee structure and apply only after they are satisfied that they can meet the fees. .
Please Note : Holy Angels School is a private, unaided institution that receives no grant from the Govt. & therefore it is imperative that the
full fees be paid from time to time, as per schedule. No request for fee concessions or waiver of fees will be considered. The school doesn't
accept any donations/capitation fees for admissions.
