Under the instruction of my abovenamed client in references to the above I would

like to notice upon you the following paragraphs and hope you will do the needful
to erase the damage that has been caused to my client which is totally illegal and
in contravention to the provisions prevailing in the country.
That my client got married to her husband i.e your son which was solemnized on
28th May 2019 in Rajasthan. That her husband’s sudden demise on 1/10/2023
has left her life in grave pain and because of the physical and other forms of abuse
which has suffered from the hands of her in laws and eventually being forced out of
her matrimonial place and now she resides with her father in Jaipur which is duly
mentioned above.
Therefore I am writing to formally request the suspension of payment release for

works completed by my client Kanchan Sharma's late husband, Deepak Sharma.
Unfortunately, following the untimely demise of Deepak Sharma, there have been
significant legal and administrative complications surrounding his estate. It has

come to our attention that individuals, specifically the in-laws of Kanchan

Sharma, have gained access to Deepak Sharma's bank accounts and are utilizing
his funds for purposes unauthorized by the rightful legal heir of Deepak Sharma.
Deepak Sharma was engaged in business activities through his enterprises,

namely Janta Trading Company (GSTIN/UIN: 19CXVPS3176B2ZU) and G.D.S
Enterprises (GSTIN/UIN: 19CXVPS3176B1ZV), operating from Ward по 25,
Holding по 81/155/112/118/19, Hari Sabha Road, New Milanpally, Siliguri,
Darjeeling, West Bengal, 734005. His business ventures were lucrative, yielding
an approximate income of Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Only) per month.
However, since his passing, Kanchan Sharma has been deprived of her rightful
income from these businesses, as the accused parties have ceased payments to
her.
Furthermore, it has been observed that Deepak Sharma was providing services
on a private contractual basis, including to organizations such as the Gorka
Battalion situated at Nengtichhara, where payments are pending.
In light of these circumstances, I have already initiated the process to suspend

payment release, as it has become apparent that the in-laws of Kanchan Sharma
may attempt to wrongfully access and appropriate the pending amounts.
Additionally, I wish to draw attention to a criminal complaint lodged by Smt.

Kanchan Sharma against the accused parties. The complaint, registered under
FIR No. 134/24 at Police Station Mahila West, Jaipur, pertains to offenses under
Sections 498-A, 406, 384, 420, 120-B IPC. It is imperative that we ensure the
protection of Kanchan Sharma's interests and seek the cooperation of relevant
authorities in this matter.

P.S. Siliguri, 734005, Dist Darjeeling West Bengal also available at Swati
automobiles, odlabari, Gobindo colony, NH 31, Dist Jalpaiguri

I kindly request immediate assistance and cooperation from your department to

suspend payment release and provide any necessary support to safeguard the
interests of Kanchan Sharma and her family.

action only to be taken against the in laws of Kanchan Sharma mentioned
