Dated - 27.12.2017 and Invoices for ball valves with services Well Fluid.
Clause 9.1.1 (b)
2 Bidder to clarify with documentary evidence that ball valves supplied under well fluid service is of hydrocarbon
Group A application.
Further, bidder to specify valves supplied under this P.O is used for above ground/under ground application.
In the submitted bid offer, bidder has submitted various P.Os for meeting the BEC. As per P.O submitted bid offer is
not meeting BEC requirement for following valves. Based on the P.O submitted bidder is meeting BEC requirement
for few valves. Refer attached Annexure A

type/model as being offered for the quoted actuated valves, within the last Five (5) years from the date of floating of
Clause 9.1.1 (C) tender. Documents submitted for qualification should clearly specify the actuation medium as natural gas.
