    PAYMENT TERMS
    For confirmed events, we require a full payment of the venue hire
    fee (non-refundable) 3 months prior to event date.

    Event date will not be secured until the first payment is received.
    Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to event date.

    Any extra expenses incurred on event day, must be paid in full at


    the end of the event.

    *Kindly note pricing are subject to change without notice by the management of Panamericana.

    CANCELLATION
    TERMS
    Cancellation must be made in writing to Panamericana within 60
    days prior to Event date to avoid any penalty and the
    non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
