Roles and responsibilities of deputy building manger

 Facility Maintenance: Overseeing day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring that the

positive relationships between the building management and occupants.

 Security Management: Implementing and monitoring security measures to safeguard

 Emergency Preparedness: Developing and executing emergency response plans,


coordinating drills, and ensuring the building is prepared for various crisis situations.

 Budget Oversight: Assisting in budget planning, tracking expenditures, and optimizing


operational costs to ensure efficient resource utilization.

 Compliance: Ensuring that the building complies with local regulations, safety
standards, and environmental guidelines.

 Vendor Coordination: Managing relationships with service providers, contractors, and
