First Khutbah

وأشهد أن, هاِدي لO ومن يضل ِل ف, ضل ل ِ مO ف+ من يهِده ِ ا, ت أعماِلاِ سي ِئا
َ ُ َّ َ َ ُ َ َ َ َ ُ َ ْ َ ُ
ُمَّمًدا َعبُْدُه َوَرُسوُل َّ َ َ َ
شيك ل وأن ِ Z وحده+ اZِ إ ِل إZ
Verily, all praise is for Allah. We praise Him, we seek His assistance and we
ask for His forgiveness. And we seek refuge in Him from the evils of our
selves. Whoever Allah guides, none can misguide. Whoever He misguides,
none can guide. And I bear witness that there is no deity other than Allah and
I bear witness that Mohammad is His servant and messenger.

وأنتم مسل ِمون ﴾ ]آلZِ تموتن إZ حق تقات ِهِ و+لين آ َمنوا اتقوا ا

Allāh, the Mighty and Majestic, has decreed that souls in this worldly life will
be afflicted with good and bad, security and fear, bestowal and trials. Allāh
Almighty said:
َلين َّ َ َ ْ ُ ْ َ َ َ ْ ْ ُ ُ َ َّ َ َّ ُ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ ُ ُ َ َ ْ ُ َ ْ َ َّ ُ َ ْ ُ َ
ِ كتاب ِمن قبل ِكم وِمن ا ِ سكم ولتسمعن ِمن ا
ِ لين أوتوا ال ِ لبلون ِف أموال ِكم وأنف
ُ ُ ْ َ ْ َ َ َّ َ ْ ُ َّ َ َ ْ ُ ْ َ ً َ ًَْ َُ َْ
186:آل عمران-ِن تصِبوا وتتقوا فإ ِن ذل ِك ِمن عزِم المورK أشكوا أذى كث ِيا
Al Imran (3) 186: You will surely be tested in your possessions and in
yourselves. And you will surely hear from those who were given the
Scripture before you and from those who associate others with Allāh
much abuse. But if you are patient and fear Allāh - indeed, that is of
the matters [worthy] of resolve.
And that these afflictions, with all their types, bring out the inner strengths
and activate potentials and open windows in the heart and channels in the
souls that the people of iman (faith) would have not discovered except
under the pressures of these trials.
And earthquakes are one of the forces of Allāh Almighty. Allāh Almighty
said:
َ ُهوcَّك إ
َ َّ َ ُُ َُْ َ ََ
ِ ِ وما يعلم جنود رب
Al-Muddaththir (74) 31: And none knows the forces of your Lord except
Him.

And it is from the wrath and retribution of Allāh that He directs to whom He
wills of His servants. And this was mentioned in the Book of Allāh and the
Sunnah of His Messenger ﷺ. Allāh Almighty said:
ُ ْ َ ْ ُ َ َ ْ ُ ُ َ ْ َ ْ َ َ ْ َ ْ ُ ُ َّ َ ْ َ ْ َ َ ّ َّ ُ َ َ َ َّ َ َ َ َ
c ب ِِهم الرض أو يأتِيهم العذاب ِمن حيثkسف ا ِ ت أن يِ لين مكروا السي ِئا ِ أفأِمن ا
َ ْ
ي َشُعُرون
An-Nahl (16) 45: Then, do those who have planned evil deeds feel
secure that Allāh will not cause the earth to swallow them or that the
punishment will not come upon them from where they do not
perceive?
Al-Israa (17) 68: Then do you feel secure that [instead] He will not
cause a part of the land to swallow you or send against you a storm of
stones? Then you would not find for yourselves an advocate.
Al-Mulk (67) 16: Do you feel secure that He who is above would not
cause the earth to swallow you and suddenly it would sway?

And when the Prophet ﷺsupplicated for the Levant and Yemen to be

ﻏﻴﺎ اﻟِﻔﻦﺘ واﻟﺰﻻِزل واﻟﻘﺘﻞAأﻣِﻲﺘ ﻫِﺬهِ أﻣﺔ ﻣﺮﺣﻮﻣﺔ ﻟﻴﺲ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﻋﺬاب ِﻲﻓ اﻵِﺧﺮِة ﻋﺬاﻧﻬﺎ ِﻲﻓ ا
َ ُ َ َْ َ َ ُ َ َ ً َّ ُ ْ ُ ْ ُّ َ َ َ ُ ْ ُ َ َ َ
15 فصلت-خلقهم هو أشد ِمنهم قوة وكنوا ب ِآيات ِنا يحدون
Fussilat (41) 15: As for ʿAad, they were arrogant upon the earth without
right and said, "Who is greater than us in strength?" Did they not

consider that Allāh who created them was greater than them in
strength? But they were rejecting Our signs.
َ ّ َ ْ ُ ُ ُ ُ ْ ُ ْ َ َّ َ َ َ ُ ْ َ ُ َ َّ ُ ْ َ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ َ ْ ً َ َ ً َّ ُ

َّفَرُحوا بَما عنَدُهم ّ ِمَن الْعلْم َوَحاَق بهم َّما َكنُوا بهِ ي َْسَتْهزُؤون * فَلََّما َرأَْوا بَأ َْسَنا قَال ُوا آَمنا
ِ ِ ِِ ِ ِ ِ ِ ِ
َّ َ َّ ُ َ َ ْ َ ْ َ َ َّ َ ْ ُ ُ َ ْ ُ ُ َ َ ُ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ ُ َّ ُ َ َ ْ َ َ َ ُ َ ْ َ َّ
ِkشك ِي * فلم يك ينفعهم إ ِيمانهم لما رأوا بأسنا ۖ سنت ا ِ ِ وحده وكفرنا ب ِما كنا ب ِهِ مkب ِا
َ ُ َْ َ َُ َ َ َ َ ْ َ َ ْ َ َّ
85-82 غفر-الِت قد خلت ِف ِعبادِه ِ ۖ وخِس هنال ِك الكف ِرون
Ghafir 82-85: (82) Have they not traveled through the land and observed
how was the end of those before them? They were more numerous
than themselves and greater in strength and in impression on the land,
but they were not availed by what they used to earn. (83) And when
their messengers came to them with clear proofs, they [merely]
rejoiced in what they had of knowledge, but they were enveloped by
what they used to ridicule. (84) And when they saw Our punishment,
they said, "We believe in Allāh alone and disbelieve in that which we
used to associate with Him." (85) But never did their faith benefit them
once they saw Our punishment. [It is] the established way of Allāh
which has preceded among His servants. And the disbelievers
thereupon lost [all].

Earthquakes are one of Allāh’s signs. He dispatches them on the earth for a
perfect wisdom. The decree, before and after events, is only with Allâh. And
He creates what He wills and chooses. And He, the Most Exalted, is
especially merciful upon His servants. And His mercy precedes His wrath.
Rather, His mercy encompasses everything. However, that does not mean
relying on His reward - Glory be to Him - and being heedless of His
punishment. And it does not mean relying on His mercy and ignoring His
wrath. And it does not mean relying on His forgiveness and ignoring His
retribution.
And the scholars have mentioned that earthquakes are among the signs by
which Allāh frightens his servants, just as He frightens them with sinkholes
and other than that. So that they realize the blessing of the anchoring,
stillness and stability of the earth, for the animals, plants, dwellings and
belongings. And what happens within it of sinkholes, earthquakes and
disruptions is a trial and test or a punishment and a warning, just as the
earth shook Thamud and swallowed Qarun.
Ibn Hajr said, since the gusts of strong winds necessitates fearfulness
leading to humility and repentance, earthquakes and similar signs are more
deserving of that. Especially since the texts have stated that many
earthquakes are among the signs of the Hour.
And reflect upon the guidance of your Prophet ﷺand his fearfulness of His
Lord even though Allāh Almighty made him a security for his companions.
Allāh Almighty said:

33 النفال- ِلُع ِذبهم وأنت فِيِهمkوما كن ا
Al Anfal (8) 33: But Allāh would not punish them while you, [O
Muḥammad], are among them
Despite this, if a strong wind blew and the skies became thick with clouds,
the apprehension could be seen on the Prophet’s ﷺface. He would pace
back and forth and enter his house. So when Aishah, may Allāh be pleased
with her, asked him ﷺabout this he replied:
ٌ ِّ ٌ َ ْ
وﻗﺪ رأى ﻗﻮٌم اﻟﻌﺬاَب ﻗﺎﻟﻮا َﺨِرض، ﻣﺎ ﻳُﺆِﻣﻨُﻲﻨ أن ﻳﻜﻮن ﻓﻴﻪ ﻋﺬاب ؟ ﻗﺪ ُﻋﺬَب ﻗﻮٌم ﺑﺎﻟﺮﻳِﺢ
َ ْ ُّ
.ﻣﻤِﻄُﺮﻧﺎ
And when the earth shook in Kuffa at the time of Ibn Masood, may Allāh be
pleased with him, he said, oh people your Lord is admonishing you, so
accept His admonishment and repent to Him before it does not matter in
which valley you perish.

َّ َ َ ّ َ َ ْ َ َ َ َ َّ َ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ َ ْ َ
15 -14 :«ال-قد أفلح من تزك * وذكر اسم رب ِهِ فصل
Al A’la (87) 14-15: (14) He has certainly succeeded who purifies himself
(15) And mentions the name of his Lord and prays.
And so it was from the guidance of Islam to take heed from the
earthquakes. And the Muslim is required to perform the apparent causes of
good for which Allāh brings good, and to leave the apparent causes of evil
for which Allāh wards off evil.
So be conscious of Allāh, and do not be like those with hard hearts and with
cold blood and with a thick covering from the signs of Allāh so they do not
take heed or reflect. Do not be like those to whom the signs of Allāh came
and they met it with laughter. Allāh Almighty said:
ْ َ َ َ ُ ْ ُ َّ ْ َ َ ُ ُ ُّ َ ُ َ ُْ ََ َْ َ َ َ َّ َ َ ْ ُ ُ ُ
يؤِمنون * فهلc ت والرِض وما تغِن اليات والذر عن قوٍا
ِ قِل انظروا ماذا ِف السماوا
َ َ ُ ْ َ ّ ُ َ َ ّ ْ ُ َ َ ُْ ْ َْ ْ ْ َ َ َ َّ َّ َ َ ْ َّ َ ُ َ َ
يونس-لين خلوا ِمن قبل ِِهم قل فانتِظروا إ ِ ِن معكم ِمن المنتِظرِين ِ ِمثل أياِم اcِ ينتِظرون إ
102-101
Yunus (10 ) 101-102: (101) Say, "Observe what is in the heavens and
the earth." But of no avail will be signs or warners to a people who do
not believe. (102) So do they wait except for like [what occurred in] the
days of those who passed on before them? Say, "Then wait; indeed, I
am with you among those who wait."

ُﺣﻴﻢ َ ّ ُ ُ َ َ ُ ُ َّ ُ ُ ْ َ ْ َ ْ َ ّ ُ ْ ْ ُ َ َ َ ُ ْ َ ْ ََ َ ُ َ ْ َ َ ُ ُ َ
ٍ ﻞﻛ ذﻧ
ِ ﺐ ﻓﺎﺳﺘﻐِﻔﺮوه إ ِﻧﻪ ﻫﻮ اﻟﻐﻔﻮر اﻟﺮ ِ أﻗﻮل ﻣﺎ ﺗﺴﻤﻌﻮن وأﺳﺘﻐِﻔﺮ اﷲ ِﻲﻟ وﻟﻜﻢ ِﻣﻦ
I say what you have heard and I seek forgiveness from Allah for me and you
from every sin. So seek forgives from Him, Verily He is Oft-Forgiving, the
Most Merciful.
Second Khutbah
َ ْ َ ْ َ ُ َ ْ َ ُ َ ْ َّ َ َ ْ َ ْ َ ُ َ ْ َ َ
ُWَ ﻚ ُ َ َ َ ُ َ َّ َ ُ َ َّ َ َّ ُ ْ َ
ﺮﺷﻳ
ِ إ ِﻻ اﷲ وﺣﺪه ﻻWِ و أﺷﻬﺪ أن ﻻ إ, ِ واﻟﺼﻼة واﻟﺴﻼم ﺒﻟ رﺳﻮِل اﷲ,ِاﺤﻟﻤﺪ ِﺑ
َ ُ َّ َ ُ َ ْ َ َ
ُWُﺤﻣَّﻤَﺪاً َﻗْﺒُﺪهُ َوَرُﺳْﻮ وأﺷﻬﺪ أن
All praise is to Allah, and peace and blessings upon the Messenger of Allah,
and I bear witness that there is no deity other than Allah and I bear witness
that Mohammad is His slave and messenger.
Oh people:
The wise and insightful person does not forget about the blessings that they
have and enjoy and realizes that these blessings may go away one day if
they are not grateful for them. And even if these blessings remain for some
time, in spite of ungratefulness, for a wisdom known by Allāh, one will
necessarily leave the blessings and depart. And at that point, they will wish
to return to the worldly life, not to multiply a treasure or improve a business,
but to contribute in charity and be among the righteous.
And through these signs and trials, Allāh tests His able and well-off servants
and those who are safe and sound. He, the Almighty, sees what they will

do. Will they spend of the wealth of Allāh that He, the Almighty, gave them?
Will they hasten to help or will they withhold, forgetting their Lord and their
brothers in need and continue living in their heedlessness? And whoever
shows mercy to those on earth, will be shown mercy by the Lord of the
heavens. For Allāh has perfect wisdom in His creation, His command, His
administration, His fashioning, and His signs and His trials.
َ َ َ ُ َ َ َ َ َ َ َ َ ُُ ُ ََ ُُ َ ُ ُ َ ُ ُ
َ
وﻣﻦ، ﻣﻦ ﺎﻛن ﻲﻓ ﺣﺎﺟِﺔ أِﺧﻴِﻪ ﺎﻛن اﷲ ﻲﻓ ﺣﺎﺟِﺘِﻪ، ﻻ ﻳﻈِﻠﻤﻪ وﻻ ﻳﺴِﻠﻤﻪ،اﻟﻤﺴِﻠﻢ أﺧﻮ اﻟﻤﺴِﻠِﻢ
ﷲ ﻳَﻮَم اﻟِﻘﻴَﺎَﻣِﺔ

The Muslim is the brother of the Muslim, he does not wrong him and
does not put him into ruin, and whoever cares for the needs of his
brother, Allāh cares for his needs, and whoever relieves a Muslim of a
burden, Allāh will relieve him of a burden from the burdens of the Day
of Judgement and whoever covers (the faults of) a Muslim, Allāh will
cover (his faults) on the Day of Judgement. [Muslim 2580]

•ِ ﺠﻣﺘَﺎ،ﺠﺎَءُه ﻗْﻮٌم ُﺣﻔﺎة ُﻋَﺮاة ﻓ: ﻗﺎل،ﺠَﻬﺎِر $ َﻢ ﻲﻓ َﺻْﺪر ا$ﺑ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ َوَﺳﻠ ُ $ ﻰﻠ ا$ﻨﺎ ﻋﻨَْﺪ َرﺳﻮل اﷲ َﺻ$ُﻛ

َ ُ ْ َ َ$َََ َ َ ُ ْ ُ ُّ ُ ْ َ َ َ ُ ْ ُ ُ $ َ ُ ُّ ِّ َ َ ُ َ َ َ َ ِّ
ﻓﺘﻤﻌﺮ وﺟﻪ رﺳﻮِل، ﺑﻞ ﻠﻛﻬﻢ ِﻣﻦ ﻣﺮﻀ، ﺨﻣﺘﻬﻢ ِﻣﻦ ﻣﺮﻀ،ﺘي اﻟﺴﻴﻮِف ِ ﻣﺘﻘ،اﺠﻤﺎِر أِو اﻟﻌﺒﺎِء
َ،ذَن َوأَﻗَﺎم$ ﻓﺄَﻣَﺮ ﺑَﻼًﻻ ﻓﺄ،ﻢ َﺧَﺮَج$ ﻓََﺪَﺧَﻞ ُﻋ،َﻢ ﻤﻟﺎ َرأَى ﺑﻬْﻢ ﻣَﻦ اﻟَﻔﺎﻗَﺔ$ﺑ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ َوَﺳﻠ ُ $ ﻰﻠ ا$اﷲ َﺻ
ِ ِ ِ ِ ِ
َ َ َ َ َ $ُ $ َ َ
ﺐ ﻓ ﻘ ﺎل ﻓﺼﻰﻠ ﻋﻢ ﺧﻄ
While we were with the Messenger of Allāh ﷺin the early hours of the
morning, some people came who were unclothed and barefoot, with
their swords hung (around their necks). Most of them, rather all of
them, belonged to the tribe of Mudar. The face of the Messenger of
Allāh changed when he saw them in poverty. He went in (to his house)
then he came out and ordered Bilal to call the Adhan and then the
Iqamah. He (the Prophet) prayed, then he addressed them said:
َّ َ َ َ َ ْ َ َ ْ َ َ َ َ َ َ
َث ِمنُْهما ْ َّ ّ ُ َ َ َ َّ ُ ُ َّ َ ُ َّ ُ َّ َ ُّ َ َ
حدٍة وخلق ِمنها زوجها وب ِ لي خلقكم ِمن نفٍس واِ يا أيها الاس اتقوا ربكم ا
ً َ ْ ُ ْ َ َ َ َ َ َّ َّ َ َ ْ َ ْ َ َ ُ َ َ َ َّ َ َّ ُ َّ َ ً َ َ ً َ ً َ
- كن عليكم رقِيباkلي تساءلون ب ِهِ والرحام ۚ إ ِن ا ِ اk كث ِيا ون ِساء ۚ واتقوا اcرِجا

An Nisa (4) 1: O mankind, fear your Lord, who created you from one
soul and created from it its mate and dispersed from both of them
many men and women. And fear Allāh, through whom you ask one
another, and the wombs. Indeed Allāh is ever, over you, an Observer.

And the verse in surah Hashr:
َ َّ ُ َّ َ َ ْ َ َّ َ َ ٌ ْ َ ْ ُ ْ َ ْ َ َ َّ ُ َّ
18 الش-k ولنظر نفس ما قدمت ل ِغٍد واتقوا اkاتقوا ا
Al Hashr (59) 18: O you who have believed, fear Allāh. And let every
soul look to what it has put forth for tomorrow
َ َْ َ َ َ ٌ َ $ َ
وﻟﻮ:” ﻗﺎل$ ﺣ،ِ ِﻣﻦ َﺻﺎِع ﻳﻤِﺮه،ِ ِﻣﻦ َﺻﺎِع ﺑُِّﺮه، ِﻣﻦ ﺛْﻮﺑِِﻪ، ِﻣﻦ ِدْرﻫِﻤِﻪ،ِﺗَﺼﺪق َرُﺟﻞ ِﻣﻦ ِدﻳﻨﺎِره
َ ْ َ َ َ ْ ْ َ َ ْ َ ُ ْ َ ُ ُّ َ ْ َ َ $ ُ َ ْ َ ٌ ُ َ َ َ َ َ َْ
: ﻗﺎل، ﺑﻞ ﻗﺪ ﻋﺠﺰت، ﻓﺠﺎء رﺟﻞ ِﻣﻦ اﻷﻧﺼﺎِر ﺑﺮﺼٍة ﺎﻛدت ﻛﻔﻪ ﻳﻌِﺠﺰ ﻗﻨﻬﺎ: ﻗﺎل،ﺑِﺸِّﻖ ﻳﻤَﺮٍة
ْ َ ُ ََْ $
ُﺑ$ﻰﻠ ا$ﺟَﻪ َرﺳﻮل اﷲ َﺻ َ َ َ َ ْ َ ْ َ ُ ََْ $ ُ ﺠﺎ
$ َ ﻢ َﻳﺘَﺎَﻧ$ُﻋ
ِ ِ و ﺖ ﻳ أر ” ﺣ ، ب ﺎ
ٍ ِ ﻴ ﻋ و م
ٍ ﺎ ﻌ ﻃ ﻦ ﻣ ﻦﻴ
ِ ِ ﻣ ﻮ ﻛ ﺖ ﻳ أر ” ﺣ ، س ا ﻊ
َ ْ $ َ َ َ $ ََ ُ $ $ َ ُ َ َ َ ٌََ ْ ُ ُ$ َ ُ$َََ َ$ ََ
ﻣﻦ ﺳﻦ ﻲﻓ اﻹﺳﻼِم:ﷲ ﺻﻰﻠ اﺑ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ وﺳﻠﻢِ ﻓﻘﺎل رﺳﻮل ا،ﻋﻠﻴﻪ وﺳﻠﻢ ﻓﺘﻬﻠﻞ ﻛﺄﻧﻪ ﻣﺬﻫﺒﺔ
َ َ ٌ َ ْ ُ ُ َ َُْ ْ َ ُ َ ْ َ َ َ َ َ ُ ْ ََ َ ُ ْ َ ََُ ًَ َ َ ً$ ُ
وﻣﻦ،ﺮﻴ أن ﻓﻨﻘﺺ ِﻣﻦ أﺟﻮِرِﻫﻢ ¦ء ِ ِﻣﻦ ﻏ، ﻓﻠﻪ أﺟﺮﻫﺎ وأﺟﺮ ﻣﻦ ﻋِﻤﻞ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻧﻌﺪه،ﺳﻨﺔ ﺣﺴﻨﺔ
َ َُْ ْ َ َْ َ ﺎﻛَن ﻋﻠﻴﻪ وْزُرَﻫﺎ َووْزُر َﻣﻦ َﻋﻤَﻞ ﺑ،ﻨًﺔ َﺳﻴِّﺌًَﺔ$ﻦ ﻲﻓ اﻹْﺳَﻼم ُﺳ$َﺳ
ﺮﻴ أن ﻓﻨﻘﺺ ِ ﻏ ﻦ ﻣ ،
ِ ِِه ﺪ ﻌ ﻧ ﻦ ﻣ

gold (with joy). The Messenger of Allāh said: 'Whoever sets a good
precedent in Islam, he will have the reward for that, and the reward of
those who acted in accordance with it, without that detracting from
their reward in the slightest. And whoever sets an evil precedent in
Islam, he will have a burden of sin for that, and the burden of those
who acted in accordance with it, without that detracting from their
burden in the slightest. [Muslim 1017]
So let us look after the needs of our brothers, and spend in the way of our
Lord. So shall we lend Allāh a good loan such that he will multiply it for us?
Or will we be stingy with ourselves and deprive ourselves the reward?!

268 القرة-عل ِيٌم
Al Baqarah (2) 268: Satan threatens you with poverty and orders you to
immorality, while Allāh promises you forgiveness from Him and
bounty. And Allāh is all-Encompassing and Knowing.
May Allah make us among those who take heed from His signs and the
afflictions and calamities in all corners of the world and make us among
those who hasten to help the needy. Indeed, Allah is All Hearing,
Answering.

فقال, نب ِي ِكم كما أمركم ب ِذل ِك ربكمm هذا وصلوا وسل ِموا
I conclude with this and send prayers of blessings and peace upon your
Prophet as your Lord commanded:
Al Ahzaab (33) 56: Indeed, Allah confers blessing upon the Prophet,
and His angels [ask Him to do so]. O you who have believed, ask [
Allah to confer] blessing upon him and ask [ Allah to grant him] peace.
َ َتَباَرْك
َت َرَّبَنا َوَتَعاَلْت
O Allah, guide us with those whom You have guided, grant us well-being
among those You have granted well-being, be an ally to us along with those
whom You are an ally to, and bless what You have bestowed upon us, and
save us from the evil of what You have decreed. For verily You decree and
none can decree over You. He whom You support can never be humiliated.
Glory is to You, our Lord, You are Blessed and Exalted.

َ ُ ُ َ َ َ َ ْ َ ْ َ ْ َ ْ َ َ َّ َ َ َ َ َّ َ ْ
ٍ ِ ِ ِ النة وما قرب إ ِلها ِمن قوٍل أو عمٍل ونعوذ ب
َّ ُ َ َ ْ َ ْ َ َ ُ َ ْ َ َ َ َ
ًك َقَضاٍء َقَضيَْتُه َلا َخْيا عمٍل ونسألك أن تعل
O Allah, We ask You for all that is good, in this world and in the Hereafter,
what we know and what we do not know. O Allah, we seek refuge with You
from all evil, in this world and in the Hereafter, what we know and what we
do not know. O Allah, we ask You for the good that Your servant and
Prophet has asked You for, and we seek refuge with You from the evil from
which Your servant and Prophet sought refuge. O Allah, we ask You for
Paradise and for that which brings one closer to it, in word and deed, and
we seek refuge in You from Hell and from that which brings one closer to it,
in word and deed. And we ask You to make every decree that You decree
concerning us good.

يتاِء ذِي القرب وينه عِن الفحشاِءƒ يأمر ب ِالعدِل وا ِلحساِن+ إ ِن ا،ِ+ِعَباد ا

َ ُ َّ َ َ ْ ُ َّ َ َ ْ ُ ُ َ ْ َ ْ َ َ ُ ْ َ
يِعظكم لعلكم تذكرون،غ ِ والمنكِر وال

Servants of Allah. Indeed, Allah orders justice and good conduct and giving
to relatives and forbids immorality and bad conduct and oppression. He
admonishes you that perhaps you will be reminded.
ْ َ ْ َ ُ ُ ّ ْ ُ ْ ْ َ ُ ُ ْ َ ْ ْ ُ ْ َ ُ ُ ُ ْ ْ ُ ْ ُ ْ َ َ َ ْ َ َّ ُ ُ ْ ُ
العِظيم يذكركم واشكروه يِزدكم واستغِفروه يغِفر لكم واتقوه يعل+اذكروا ا
َ ّ ََ ً َْ ْ ُ َْ ْ ْ ُ َ
ةO وأق ِِم الص، لكم ِمن أمِركم مَرجا
Remember Allah, the Great - He will remember you. Thank Him for His
favors - He will increase you therein. And seek forgiveness from Him - He
will forgive you. And be conscious of Him - He will provide you a way out of
difficult matters. And, establish the prayer.
