b. Assist in the completion and/or checking of relevant academic and work documents
for making University applications.
c. Advice and provide feedback on applicant’s written personal statement or statement
of purpose as officially required by respective universities in support of the
application.
d. Provide the applicant with extensive information on the full range of financial
aid/scholarship available in the applied universities and guide the applicant to apply
for same.
e. Keep the applicant informed of the progress on the application and the outcome of
the application as soon as a decision is made.
f. Provide guidance, counselling support and advice on student visas application
processes for the purpose of travelling abroad to undertake full-time studies and/or
for tourism.
g. Advice and guide applicant(s) to prepare and submit study visa application(s) in a
timely manner and within reasonable time frames and in accordance with the agent’s
partner universities terms and regulations.
h. A full payment of a non-refundable service charge of Gh¢5000.00 shall be paid prior
to the commencement of the services under section B.
i. Students who need ONLY Visa Application Services will be required to pay a non-
refundable service charge of Ghs4,000.00. All terms and conditions of service shall
duly apply.
4. Applicant’s Obligations:
The applicant agrees:
1. To respond to requests for additional information or documents in a timely manner.
2. To make the aforementioned payments before the requested service shall commence.
3. To forfeit the entire amount paid should he/she decide to discontinue the process
after the service has begun.
5. Indemnity Claus for ICS Students/Staff
• Services will not be provided to students of International Community School unless
they have finished school and need the services of the agency.
• Service will not be provided to staff of International Community School unless it
comes with the management approval signed by the Director or the Principal.
6. Applicant’s Warranties
The Applicant warrants to the Agent:
a. That all information provided to the Agent is to the best of the applicant’s knowledge and
belief, true and correct and that all documents supplied are genuine and authentic.
b. To pay all tuition fees directly to the applicant’s respective university’s bank accounts
and not to any third party.
c. To be fully responsible to adhering to respective universities directives as well as their
terms and conditions.
