Conditions
You are required to meet all the following conditions before 11th August 2018 to be eligible to enrol on this
course:-



Provide an academic reference letter on official headed paper duly signed by the referee.
Provide a detailed personal statement in respect to applied course to support your


application.
Provide a copy of your valid passport (should be valid for 6 months from course start date)
 Provide an official letter of sponsorship for the full tuition fee of this course or pay one third
of the tuition fee to secure your place. Refunds will be given if you are refused a student visa

Accepting our offer

This is a conditional offer letter and is subject to you fulfilling the conditions stated above. If you wish to
accept this offer and firmly reserve a place you must reply by email quoting your name and reference number
(as above) and confirming the course you are accepting. On receipt of evidence you have met all the above
entry conditions, including 1st Payment, the International Office will e-mail you the UKVI System Statement
which contains a unique Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies number which is required for your visa
application, or an Unconditional Offer Letter where applicable.

Tuition fees

Tuition Fees quoted are per Academic Year (modules studied) not calendar year, subject to University’s
policies and guidelines. Please check the terms and conditions. If you have to extend your studies beyond the
normal duration of the course (e.g. to repeat a year or resit examinations) the University reserves the right to
charge you fees at a higher rate during the additional period of study.

This offer is produced on our understanding that you are an overseas fee payer. If for any reason you believe
you are a home/EU student, you need to complete a fee assessment form and provide all supporting
documents for us to assess and confirm your fee status. We will need this completed at least 8 weeks to the
start of your programme. No applications for fee assessment will be accepted if we will not have enough time
to process your request.

International Students (Non-EU) are required to pay a tuition fee deposit to secure a place. Before you
can fully enrol unto your course 66% of your full tuition fees must be paid and received by the
University. As such, please ensure you allow sufficient time (approx. 7- 10 working days) for your
payment to be processed by your bank, received by the University and credited unto your student
account. You may not be able to attend classes and have full access to University facilities, if you do
not fulfil all the requirements for enrolment.

Please note you may be asked to provide evidence of your financial documents before your CAS is released
to you. Your financial documents must meet the requirements for a Tier 4 visa application. You can find more

Please note that you will be eligible for a full payment discount if you pay your full fees. If you decide to take
advantage of a tuition fee discount, we advise that you pay your fees with the discounted amount
taken off from the full amount prior to making your payment. If you decide to pay the full tuition
amount instead, you will need to apply for a refund to get the difference refunded back to you (this
may take a few weeks to process especially during busy periods)

If you have ever studied in the UK prior to joining Coventry University, you must provide details of any study
undertaken, including results and copies of visas held. You should also inform us of any courses you have
failed or failed to complete for any reason. Failure to disclose this may result in visa refusal or withdrawal of
our sponsorship of your study in the UK.

Sponsored Student

If you are being sponsored by a UKVI approved organisation (such as your Government or your employer),
please ensure you provide us with a formal and acceptable letter of Sponsorship confirming the terms of the
sponsorship, in accordance to the tuition and maintenance fees stated above.

Completing the under- 18 parental consent and guardianship form (if required).

If you are under the age of 18 at the time you fulfil all conditions of your offer, in order for a CAS statement or
Unconditional offer letter to be issued to you, please note you will be required to provide us with contact
details of a parent/guardian. The University requires the contact details of a parent/guardian for all students
under the age of 18. In addition, the contact details of a UK-based guardian for overseas students must be
provided, who will be accessible to the student under the age of 18 and to the University should the need
arise.

Please note that if you will be turning 18 years old after your CAS statement or Unconditional Offer Letter is
issued, you are required to complete the form.

We will not issue your CAS letter or Unconditional offer letter if this form is not completed fully and
returned to us.

Advanced entry applications for admissions unto Year 2 or 3

If you have applied for advanced entry admission unto Year 2 or Year 3 of a programme, please note that your
offer is subject to a thorough assessment of your most relevant and up to date qualification(s) as deemed
suitable by the faculty. Depending on your highest qualification you may be better suited for a 2 years duration
of studies as supposed to a 1 year duration. If you are unable to provide a completed transcript at the point of
application, you will need to provide a copy of your course handbook which details the module content of your
course.

Alternative offers
Please note that admissions unto our programmes are subject to you fulfilling our minimum entry
requirements. If we assess your application and qualification(s) (with you providing a portfolio, undergoing a
faculty interview where required) for a particular programme, we may offer you an alternative that is more
suitable to you based on your qualifications and skill set. Please note, alternative courses offered may take
place at one of our other campuses.

The following programmes have options to enrol on either year 2 or Year 3. Depending on your highest
qualification you may be better suited for a 2 years duration of studies as supposed to a 1 year duration.

with F2, F3, H3, H4, H8 or J5, you must apply and obtain an ATAS certificate (issued by the Academic
Technology Approval Scheme), before you apply for or extend your Visa, Entry Clearance, or Extension of
