1. PURPOSE:
To ensure that those operations that are associated with the identified significant environmental
aspects are carried out under specified conditions.
2. SCOPE:
Those operations having significant environmental aspects.

5. AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY:
5.1. IMS Management Representative (IMR)
The IMR is responsible to ensure effective implementation of this procedure throughout the
organization.
5.2. Members of QHSE Committee, HODs
They are responsible for effective implementation of this procedure in their respective
departments.
6. METHOD:
6.1. General
6.1.1. Our organization has established, implemented, controlling and maintaining the
processes needed to meet environmental management system requirements, and to
implement the actions identified in IMS planning, by:
 establishing operating criteria for the processes
 implementing control of the processes, in accordance with the operating criteria.

6.2. Identifying needs for operational control
