This scope item provides advanced intercompany reconciliation functions with pure Fiori UI to enable the
transaction level smart reconciliation capability and to support the streamlined company to corporate closing
process.
This section (2.1) is only relevant for SAP S/4HANA 1909 FPS01, FPS02, and FPS03. For higher releases, the
described procedure is not needed.
Procedure
1. Log on your back-end system. Run t-code SE38 to execute the program ICA_MATCHING_AIF_DOWNPORT to
configure AIF content.
2. On the next screen, deselect Test Mode and choose Execute. Make sure you get the result Configuration
for AIF content completed.
Procedure
1. Run t-code SOAMANAGER. In the popup window, choose Web Service Configuration.
2. In the Object Name field, input the web service name MatchingItemBulkCreateRequest_In and choose
Search.
3. Select the result row and choose Create Service.
4. On the next screen, enter your own Service Name and other texts, and then choose Next.
5. On the next screen of step 2 (Provide Security), select the User ID/Password checkbox under Transport Channel
Authentication.
6. Choose Next, then Finish.
7. After the new service is created, choose the Open Binding WSDL Generation icon to generate the web service
URL and copy it to your notepad.
After the communication scenario is set up, you can test the API.
Extensibility for the API Matching Items - Bulk Import is only supported for SAP S/4HANA on-premise releases. It's
not supported in SAP S/4HANA Cloud releases until otherwise notified.

1. In SAP HANA Studio, extend the relevant CDS views that are assigned to your data sources so that your
custom fields are included in the CDS views.

1. In an API testing tool such as SoapUI, the custom field has been added.
2. Fill in the values for the relevant fields, including the custom field. Choose Run (the green triangle icon) and
check that the execution status is HTTP/xxxx Accepted.
3. Check the result in the database table ICADOCM. Make sure your custom field ZZ1_EXT_TEST_COB and its
value ‘X’ are updated there.
