Compensation and Benefits:

 Maintain each employee`s personal file, service records, and separation process.
 Maintain and update employee salary information, salary break down, tax deduction
and others payment related database.
 Process and calculate attendance, bonus, overtime, night bill, tiffin bill, leave, shift
management and absenteeism.
 Update increment information and ensure appropriate arrears disbursement.
 Ensure advance adjustment with monthly salary according to approved installment and
maintain database.
 Reporting on payroll expenses, compensation, benefits, necessary deductions and
taxes.
 Prepare various types of payment sheets (final settlement, maternity benefit, leave
encashment bill, Settlement, festival bonus bill etc.)
 Manage and coordinate with accounts department for proper payments and
deductions accordingly.

Recruitment:

 Prepare and update manpower budget for different department and get approval.
 Prepare recruitment related report & coordination with HOD.
 Prepare approval for new recruitment.
 Coordinate with departmental heads & concern to forecast future hiring needs.
 Review job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings,
coordinate interview teams, participate in interviewing candidates.
 Perform background checks and degree verification on all positions.
 Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
 Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee separation.
