Project Engineer / Lead I&C and Electrical Engineer for BAHRI 3x50,000 Cubic Meter per day Desalination
Barge. The plant is composed of UF pre-treatment and reverse osmosis desalination technology. The plant is
position 4km from shore of Saudi Arabia and pump the permeate water to post treatment plant onshore.
Responsible for the Design review & inspection of various complex in Electrical Systems, I&C, DCS and Marine
Systems. Evaluate plant systems control interface concepts, installation deliverables, work methodology and
procedures. Evaluate systems technical documents and highlight the shortfalls through vigorous review process
and address these shortfalls with the team. Participate in HAZOP studies, including risk assessments and
impact contingency plans. Evaluate the testing and Commissioning of Plant system including static and
dynamic testing workflow process. Participate in Factory and Site Acceptance Test

Owner’s Engineer / I&C Consultant for Hassyan 4 x 600 MW Super Critical Coal Fired Power Plant project
located in Dubai UAE. The project is a consortium between General Electric and Harbin Engineering of
China. The boiler is a balance draft ultra-super critical sliding pressure once through type low Nox
tangential burner firing system. The generator output is step up via transformer to 400kV and exported via
switchyard owned and operated by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority. Technical owner’s representative
responsible for the design reviews and evaluate the commissioning procedures submitted by EPC
contractor. To ensure that the plant is capable of safe to operate and can achieved the guaranteed output
capacity. Interrelate with EPC Commissioning engineers and provide technical inputs, procedures and
recommends auto plants start-up and shutdown steps

Lead Start up Engineer for Lontar 300 MW Supercritical Coal Fired Power located in Tangerang Indonesia.
Responsible for the preparation and development of systems start up packages and lead the
commissioning during plant start-up. Preparing and developing Commissioning procedures as a guideline
prior to start up the facility. These includes Cold and Hot Commissioning procedures of Systems
Functional Test, Safety & Interlock, Group Start up and Group Shut down test Runback test, Load
rejection test, Generator Leakage test, AVR static & Dynamic test

Lead owner’s I&C Engineer for 2 x 300 MW Coal Fired power Plant owned and operated by Sarawak
Energy located in Balingian Sarawak Malaysia and build by Shanghai Electric Company

The boiler unit is a CFB type single reheating balancing ventilation natural circuit drum boiler water
cooled cyclone separator. The turbine is single shaft, twin cylinder and twin exhaust condensing
type. Generator output is evacuated through double circuit 275kV transmission line and tie in existing
substation. The overall plant is control by Ovation DCS system interface with other proprietary BOP
PLC, Turbine generator protection systems.
As an owner’s engineer reporting to the Project Manager taking the lead role of the for the design
review of DCS Logic and Electrical protection interfaces. This project has been a very challenging
task for me in developing the system’s description at the same time preparing the overall control
concept of the entire power plant. The entire DCS system has been shipped to project site without
setting up a logic control program. A constant interaction with plant designer in China became my
daily tasks in successful implementation of unit auto star up and shutdown.

March 1 2017 – Sept 30 2017 Lead Commissioning Engineer, Mitsubishi / Toshiba TPSC
Lead Commissioning Engineer of Minergy Corporation 3 x 55 MW Coal-fired power plant project
located in Balingasag Misamis Oriental Philippines. The plant is utilizing Circulating Fluidized Bed
(CFB) technology. Power is generated by three Steam Turbine Generators at 13.8kV 3 phase, 60Hz.
Generator connected by Segregated phase bus duct to respective Generator Transformer to step up
the voltage to 138kV. Reporting to the Commissioning manager taking the lead of I&C and Electrical
Commissioning team. Supervised, Plan and administer the commissioning team to ensure that all
commissioning activities conform within the operating safety philosophy of the unit. Carried out static
test and dynamic testing, systems energization prior to introduction of feed and bring the unit online.

Jan 2015 – Dec 2016: Owners Engineer Tractebel Engineering GDF Suez
Lead Instrumentation and Electrical Owner’s Engineer for AVION 100MW Open Cycle Gas utilizing
GE LM6000 Turbine controlled by Woodward DCS in tandem with EX2100 AVR system. Roles and
responsibility comprises to the design review of EPC contractor’s design, commissioning and
installation method statement, check and review the detailed engineering, material specifications shall
meet the contractual requirements in the aspects of technical necessities, reliability, operability and
maintainability. Design review providing assurance to the project owner that the technical execution is
progressing along agreed contractual lines. Conduct HAZOP review with the plant owners and EPC

Automation not limited to Siemens Teleperm XP DCS, PLC, Turbine Controls, Boiler Management
System, Analyzers, Field Instrumentation and CEMS. Lead the technical team of experts for the technical
