    Dear Sir James,

    I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you on behalf of the Rural Health Unit
    of Panukulan, a community located in a geographically isolated and disadvantaged area, that
    faces significant challenges in healthcare access, particularly in preventing and controlling
    infectious diseases.
    One of the major health concerns in our region is the prevalence of Tuberculosis (TB).
    Despite our efforts, we continue to grapple with the impact of TB on the health and well-being
    of our community members. Recognizing the importance of early detection and intervention,
    we are seeking your support in implementing active case finding through X-ray as part of our
    comprehensive strategy to eradicate Tuberculosis.
    The goal of our initiative is to identify and treat TB cases at an early stage, preventing
    further transmission and improving health outcomes for affected individuals. By conducting X-
    ray screenings, we aim to detect cases that may otherwise go unnoticed, especially in a
    community where access to healthcare facilities is limited. Early detection is crucial in
    addressing the challenges posed by TB and breaking the cycle of transmission.
    However, our endeavors are hindered by the geographic isolation and disadvantages
    faced by our community. Limited resources and infrastructure make it difficult to implement
    widespread and systematic screenings. We believe that your organization's support can
    significantly impact our efforts in this regard.
    We are reaching out to Philippine Business for Social Progress to request assistance
    and collaboration in implementing the Active Case Finding program through X-ray in
    Panukulan this coming January 30-31, 2024. Your organization's expertise and resources can
    play a pivotal role in addressing the unique challenges of our region, ultimately contributing to
    the eradication of Tuberculosis.
    We are open to further discussions and collaboration to explore how we can work
    together to achieve our common goal. Your support will not only improve the health outcomes
    of our community members but will also contribute to the broader effort of reducing the burden
    of Tuberculosis in our country.
