    PROJECT DETAILS

    AMEA Export And Thailand :

    This project mainly includes 5 Modules.

     Download Report From SAP: Download report from SAP using various T code and
    various Parameter.
     SOA Template Creation: We need to create the SOA Report using FBL5N Report
    And send the Payment Details to each customer through mail except CIA customer.
     Order Release: Download FBL5N & VKM4 Report and Get Unique Customer
    account. For each Account extract Credit Master Details and validate the data. If it
    met all condition release the order else intimate to client.
     AMEA and Thailand Cash APP: Using T Code F-28, Enter the parameter to SAP
    and Check Credit Amount is zero or not. And check any bank fee is there or not from
    input file. If it is there post it under bank Charge. If credit amount is zero, then post
    the payment, else intimate to Client.
     Workflow Tool: This tool is used to raise the payment through workflow website.
    Create the workflow template for each customer using SAP Data and Raise payment
    request through workflow website.

    NA Deduction And Back Up :

    We need to extract user input (Work Allocation File) from outlook based on subject line.
    Open the input File and get the line-Item text, based online item text need to extract the file
    from different Shared Inbox based on from address. If Extracted PDF file containing Multiple
    Invoice, Split the PDF and rename the PDF with reference name. And upload the backup to
    SAP using 'UDM_dispute' T Code.

    IndiaMT Auto Reprocess And Auto Release Tool:

    This project mainly includes two modules.

     Auto Release: Need send the Mail to Ecom & MT customers Mentioned in config file
    with respective Subject and Customer Details.
     Auto Reprocess: In this process we need get Product quantity from ‘VA02’ T Code
    based on SO Number and Compare Shelf life. And allocate the available stock
    respective Material. And update the respective status like 'Fully Allocate', 'Partial
    Allocation', 'Allocate in Alternate' etc.
    Key Responsibility:
    • Involved in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle including design,
    development, testing and deployment.
    • Working with the process owner closely to understand the requirement. Also help
    process owner to improvise the original workflow using the prior experience on
    systems.
    • Identify and debug the errors in unit testing using documented test scenarios.
    • Finding new and simpler alternatives to lengthy and repetitive procedures, integrating
    different technologies with Automation Anywhere using Taskbars or MetaBots.
    • Experience of automating processes on tools like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft
    Applications, HR Applications.
