    solution is revolutionizing the traditional grading process in
    educational institutions. With state-of-the-art technology as it
    cores, the AGS aims to simplify, expedite, and enhance the grading
    experience for both educators and students. At its core, the AGS is
    designed to automate the time consuming and subjective task for
    grading assessments, quizzes, and predefined criteria, the systems
    ensure an objective and efficient evaluation of students submissions.

    PURPOSE OF THE SYSTEM


    The primary purpose of the AUTOMATED GRADING SYSTEM is to automate the
    evaluation of assessments, quizzes and exams. By employing algorithms and
    predefined criteria, the system assesses student submissions objectively and
    efficiently. This not only saves time for educators but also ensures a fair
    and consistent grading process. Additionally, the system facilitates faster
    feedback, contributing to a more dynamic and responsive learning environment.

    SCOPE OF THE PROGRAM:

     USER INFORMATION: THE USER IS ABLE TO INPUT HIS DATA OR BASIC


    INFORMATION SUCH AS THEIR NAME, COURSE, SECTION, STUDENT ID, THE
    SUBJECT CODE AND ITS TITLE. THAT IS BEING ASKED ON THE PROGRAM.

     GRADING SYSTEM CRITERIA: THE SYSTEM HAS ALREADY PROVIDED AN


    ACCURATE CALCULATIONS AND FOR THE CRITERIA FOR GRADING ON EACH
    ASSESMENTS THAT IS BEING PROVIDE BY THE SUBJECT TEACHER.

     GRADING CALCULATIONS: THE PROGRAM FOCUSES ON THE CALCULATIONS OF


    THE GRADE OF THE STUDENT OR USER AND, THE PROGRAM HAS PROVIDED
    THE RIGHT FORMULA IN ORDER TO SOLVE THE TOTAL GRADE OF THE
    STUDENT AND ESPECIAILLY THE UNIQUENESS OF THE PROGRAM IS THAT THE
    USER IS ABLE TO SEE HIS/HER GPA.

     ALLOWS USER TO MAKE ANOTHER ENTRY FOR NEW CALCULATIONS AND CAN
    TERMINATE THE PRGORAM: THE AGS ALLOWS USER TO CALCULATE AND MAKE
    ANOTHER ENTRY FOR NEW CALCULATIONS OF THE GRADES IN THEIR OUTPUT
    IN THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBJECT AND THEY CAN TERMINATE THE PROGRAM
    EASILY AFTER USING IT.

    LIMITATIONS OF THE PROGRAM:
