SALIENT FEATURES OF OUR PUMP:
 PUMP does not need any foot valve to handle the mines’ liquid, no need to do external priming.

 Pumps are capable of handling coal lumps of at least 50 to 65 mm in size.

BCCL SCOPE OF WORK

 Unloading of pumps & accessories at site and safe storage.

 Step Down Transformer of Rating of 1.5 MVA with tap changing from 3.3 KV to 415 V with tap changing.

 To provide 3300 V to 415V step down Power to our motor of 415V. 3300 V poles, cables till our panel by
BCCL
 To provide Electrical & Mechanical person free of charge for Site assistance along with labor as needed during
erection, installation & Commissioning.

 Labor – mazdoor related works / Crane, heavy lifting of pump set, pump set movement from
one location to other, loading /unloading of materials.

 Loading, Unloading, and shifting of RWTPL items safely. Storage of RWTPL items in safe area.

 Any welding facilities

 Free power supply to operate pump set at full load.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Pump set / accessories cannot be dismantled /opened for any repair by any 3rd party company
unless accompanied by RWT.

2. The minimum Rental contract shall be not be less than of 1 years, our pricing has been done
based on this period assumption.

3. Contractor shall absolve /protect RWT employees, RWT engineers, RWT properties against any
local unrest / arson/ or local public who may cause unrest against our activities.

4. It is clearly agreed that RWT does not have any obligation to employ local public and shall not be forced to.

5. In the event of payment delay beyond 2-week post invoice submission we have the right to stop
the pump, during this

6. Title rights of asset: We shall make a detailed Delivery challan with items dispatched. Once the
same is received at your stores, an inspection shall be done within the same day to confirm any
discrepancies / Damages.

7. Any claim of damage beyond one week cannot be accepted.

8. We shall not be insisted or stipulated to employ any local manpower.

9. Only 01 shifting is allowed in a year.

STANDARD CONDITION OF SALE

PRICE BASIS: Ex Chennai Works.

TAXES & DUTIES: Extra at actual as per Govt. norms.

FREIGHT: Extra @ actual of maximum up to 7% of basic Value.

Packaging & Forwarding: Extra @ 3% of basic material value.

TRANSIT INSURANCE: Inclusive

DISPATCH: Within 60 to 90 days.

VALIDITY: 30 days from the date of quotation.

PAYMENT TERMS:

1. 30% of Rental Contact value with tax after 30 days from date of invoice.

2. Remaining amount shall be paid on monthly basis against monthly achieved volume.
