    Position Title: Program Operations Intern

    Position Type: Internship

    Location: Ahmedabad/Virtual

    Duration: 2 Months (10 September -10 November)

    Stipend: Rs.15,000 - Rs. 18,000 per month (full time)


    Rs.7,500 - Rs. 9,000 per month (part time)

    Job Description:

    Overview:
    As a Volunteer Program Operations Intern at CSRBOX, you will play a vital role in supporting
    our employee volunteering program. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain
    hands-on experience in program management, data management, team coordination, and
    effective communication skills. You will assist in the day-to-day operations of managing our
    volunteer program and engage with program participants to ensure a seamless experience.

    Responsibilities:

    ● Support Daily Operations: Assist the team in managing the day-to-day operations of
    our employee volunteering program, including data entry, scheduling, and coordination.
    ● Communication: Conduct outbound calls and send mass emails to program
    participants, providing necessary information and updates. Take regular follow-ups to
    ensure their engagement.
    ● Outreach:Extend outreach efforts to mobilize new program participants. Utilize various
    communication channels and strategies to promote the program.
    ● Professional Correspondence: Respond professionally to inquiries regarding the
    program through email or calls, addressing common questions and concerns promptly.

    Qualifications:

    ● Currently enrolled in a degree program in [relevant field, e.g., Business, Non-profit


    Management, Communication].
    ● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    ● Proficiency in G-suite and Microsoft Office Suite
    ● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    ● Enthusiastic and committed to the mission
