For the Organised Market Operated by Bloomberg Tradebook Singapore Pte Ltd (“BTSPL”)
THE
PARTICIPANT: AG CAPITAL ACCOUNT: 30601314
(Company Name) AGREEMENT: 3191419
ORDER: 27096242
This document (“Authorisation”) reflects the Participant’s acknowledgement of its responsibilities, and of the roles and responsibilities
of the initial administrator(s) designated below (the “Initial Administrator”), related to use of BTSPL’s systems and applications in
connection with the organised market operated by BTSPL.
The Participant and its Initial Administrator(s) (and those administrators duly authorised by the Initial Administrator(s)) (each, an
“Administrator”) are responsible for the following, subject to the terms of the Bloomberg Tradebook Singapore Pte Ltd Market
Participant Agreement (“Participant Agreement”) between the Participant and BTSPL:
• Authorising access by representatives of the Participant (including individuals employed by persons other than the Participant)
(each, an “Authorised Trader” as defined in the BTSPL Rulebook) to BTSPL systems;
• Administering (including without limitation establishing, protecting, maintaining, and revoking) the credentials (e.g., account
numbers, passwords and UUIDs) issued to Authorised Traders that may be required by BTSPL for authentication purposes;
• Monitoring and reviewing credentials, entitlements, security breaches, access violations, and inactive accounts to ensure
accuracy, and taking any appropriate follow-up action (e.g., notifying BTSPL if potential security exposures are identified);
• Overseeing Authorised Traders’ use of BTSPL systems and applications, and ensuring that each Authorised Trader appropriately
protects his/her access privileges (e.g., by safeguarding his/her credentials) and provides up-to-date accurate information to
BTSPL that can be used to verify his/her identity (e.g., in the event that a password must be reset);
• Informing all Authorised Traders of changes, such as modifications to password syntax rules, that affect access or that may
impact their ability to access BTSPL systems;
• Immediately modifying or disabling/revoking access privileges where appropriate (e.g., for any Authorised Trader who leaves the
Participant or changes responsibilities), and initiating the deletion and/or deactivation of associated credentials, and promptly
notifying BTSPL of the same; and
• Providing BTSPL with up-to-date information about the Participant and each Authorised Trader via BTSPL’s enablement
functionality or other functionality as directed by BTSPL.
By permitting the name(s) authorised herein to act as Initial Administrator, the Participant understands and agrees that each such
Initial Administrator will have the ability to take the actions described herein with respect to Authorised Traders and view data. A
submitted Authorisation purporting to be signed by an authorised officer of the Participant will be conclusively presumed to have been
signed by the Participant. If an Initial Administrator leaves the Participant or changes responsibilities, the Participant will
notify its BTSPL ETS Sales Representative immediately. The Participant recognises that access to BTSPL systems and
applications is further subject to applicable BTSPL rules and procedures, and BTSPL agreements with the Participant, and could be
suspended or revoked at any time. This Authorisation shall form a part of the Participant Agreement between the Participant and
BTSPL.
When required by applicable law, the Participant shall maintain all required notifications, or procure the consent of any Authorised
Trader or any other representative of the Participant from time to time to:
(i) the processing of personal data by BTSPL; and
(ii) the transfer of personal data out of the jurisdiction where such Authorised Trader or any other representative of the Participant is
located,
in each case for purposes in connection with the Participant’s use of BTSPL’s services. BTSPL may use the information about
representatives in conducting its business with the Participant, including determining individuals authorised to access BTSPL’s
services on behalf of the Participant and to provide instructions on behalf of the Participant, and as contact information. With respect
to the transfer of personal data outside of the jurisdiction where such Authorised Trader or any other representative of the Participant
is located, the data may be transferred to offices of BTSPL or its affiliates or to third parties (selected service providers who provide
services in connection with BTSPL’s products or services) located in countries that do not have such protective data protection
legislation when compared to local law; by submitting personal data as set forth in this and similar forms related to the services of
BTSPL, the Participant agrees to the transfer, storing or processing of personal data outside of the jurisdiction where such Authorised
Trader or any other representative of the Participant is located. If relevant data protection law applies, the Participant hereby warrants
that the transfer of personal data of any of its representatives to BTSPL for the purposes of processing personal data as is specified
herein is in compliance with applicable law.
The Participant must ensure that its information is kept accurate and up-to-date and inform BTSPL of any changes to its information.
