Honored Sir,

1. I would like to respectfully and humbly submit the following few lines for your
kind consideration and a favorable response, if possible.

2. I No. 15153607P Hav (Gnr) Thivagar C, aged 41 years of 68 medium regiment

presently attached with 41 Arty Div on compassionate medical ground for
diagnosis of secondary infertility with no living issues for treatment of my legally
wedded wife, i.e., Smt. Chitra T. I have been a serving soldier since January 16,
2002, and I have completed 21 years and 7 months of service. Sir, we have a small
family of father, mother, elder brother, myself, and two younger sisters. We
brothers thought we would get the first marriage of my two sisters, and then my
elder brother got married. At that time, I was 33 years old, and I told my parents
to search for a good girl. They were also doing the same at the time a man came
to meet my parents named Sundar (who is an uncle of Smt. Reena Devi) and said
that I have my sister girl to get married with your son. My parents also went to
see the girl. Seeing the fortuneless girl with the other four younger sisters, my
parents thought that she would be a good girl and said OKAY, and both families
decided. I asked many times to meet the girl before the marriage, but the parents
of Reena Devi did not allow me to meet her because she is a working girl and
unwilling to marry. Her parents and uncle cheated me by saying she went to the
market and saying some other reason every time I went to meet her because I do
not like a working lady for marriage, and they also cheated me with a 13-year-old
girl. Between me and her talking with my parents, they arranged for our
engagement as soon as possible without showing the girl to me, and they fixed
the date of marriage. The marriage of both was performed on October 22, 2015.
It is submitted that after performing marriage ceremony as the advice of elderly
persons nuptial ceremony arranged on the same day i.e. 22/10/2015 during night
time both the family left us alone and went at the time Reena devi came and told
me that I want to speak with you I told yes come on she told that she is not ready
to lead a marital life and marriage was done against her will and wish I asked why
you didn’t say before the marriage to me she replied that her parents and her
uncle didn’t leave her to meet me to say anything then I asked what I should do
she told me that I am not ready to lead a marital life with you and I will go with
my will and wish saying that she sent me out of the room.

I was mentally and physically upset; cryingly I went outside of her room. Because
of this, there was no physical contact between the two of us. The next morning, I
informed my parents and Reena Devi's parents of the said fact. At the same time,
Reena Devi also told me that she was not ready to lead a marital life with me and
that she would not stay in my home. Reena Devi's parents advised her and told
me that this is the first day she will be compromised.
Thereafter, she was doing the same and making me physically and mentally
tortured every day by chasing me out of the room after I went to Reena Devi's
parents’ house for a period of 2-3 days. Even during those days at her parents’
house, she was doing the same, and she did not allow me physical contact; she
refused totally, including sexual intercourse.

The said fact also I informed to Reena devi parents on that day, they advised her
to lead a marital life but she refused and not ready to join with me because of the
said reasons I kept quiet and waited for her decision after 3days I came back to
my parents, Thereafter my parents called all our relatives and Reena devi relatives
and informed the fact that what Reena devi is doing and she is not ready to join
with my son to lead a marital life Reena devi parents told that we will advise and
send her telling that they went, on that full leave period she didn’t come back I
was fully mentally upset and physically upset that what to do and what to not do
and finishing my leave period io went back to my work place.

Even while serving time, I contacted Reena Devi through the phone, requesting
her to lead a marital life and join me, but she totally refused to do so and said that
I would go on with my wish and will. Thereafter, I came on leave for 45 days on
February 20, 2016, and requested that Reena Devi join me and lead a marital life
with me, but she totally refused and said that she was not ready to lead a marital
life with me and that she would not stay with me. She told me to lead a marital
life, but she totally refused and said that she is not ready to lead a marital life with
me and she will not stay with me, and she told me to get a second marriage with
some other girl, to which she doesn’t have any objections or complaints in any
police station or court in the future, and she has given it in writing with
countersigning (a copy is attached for a ready reference). Listening to her decision
and attitude, I got shocked, and I informed my parents, and I took Reena Devi to
her parents’ house, i.e., No. 11 model House Hendry's Coromandel KGF and I
informed her parents about the decision, and I came back to my home saying that
I am going to get a second marriage, which your girl has already told me in
written.

Keeping in mind the attitude and taking her decision, I went to the register office
and said my problem with the register office staff was that sir, I got married to a
girl named Reena Devi three months ago, but she is not ready to lead a marital
life, not even for one day with me. I said and asked the register office staff, Will I
want to apply for divorce? The staff said no, because she did not lead a marital
life with you for even one day, and the marriage ceremony was also not entered
in the register office. She has also given in writing that she will never give
compliance or objection in any police station or court, so let her go in her will and
wish further separation.

Thereafter, I waited for two years without registering my marriage with Chitra T in
the register office, thinking that Reena Devi may come back and claim any case
against me, but she did not come for a long time, and she lived her life according
to her will and wish. Afterward, I went to the register office and registered my
marriage with Chitra T in the register office, and then she informed me that, from
then until now, I and Reena Devi are in separation with no physical contacts. After
some years, Reena Devi came to my parents’ house and said, I am having some
problems. I will stay here only if you stay here. My parents told me why you were
staying here and to go to your home. She replied, saying the matrimonial life of
my elder sister Veena Devi was not on good terms. As her husband had left her
and she had two younger sisters to get married, she said and created sympathy
and blackmailed my parents that if I go to her parents’ house, i.e., No. 11 model
House Hendry's Coromandel, KGF, she will die, saying the reason she stayed at my
parents’ house.

When I came to know that Reena Devi was staying at my parents’ house, I again
went and complained to her parents that she was coming and staying at my
parents’ house. You please come and take and go your girl that I have already
gotten married with, Smt. Chitra T once again said, okay, their parents did not
come back and do anything; they kept quiet, and I went to separation with my
wife, Chitra. T

Reena Devi lived a happy life by blackmailing my parents, saying if I go to my

parents’ house, I will die, saying the reason she was living in her will and wish by
cheating my parents and cheating her parents while roaming here and there, and
in all manner and slowness, she has created the evidence of an Aadhaar Card,
PAN Card, and Ration Card in my name, which must be false.
It is submitted that while staying in her parents’ home, she tried to file 6 to 7
complaints against me, but the police officer refused to take the case after 8
years, which is invalid. She planned, discussed, and discussed with the lawyer and
filed a complaint of cruelty on June 29, 2023, at Oorgaum Police Station, KGF, for
registration of an FIR.
Reena Devi separated me from her seven years ago and accused me of
harassment and fabricating a false story. She then proceeded to falsely approach
the police to file an FIR, presenting the following fabricated evidence of my
alleged wrongdoing:

1. Ration Card: No Army person is to get a ration in the civil ration department,
but Reena Devi has created a ration card by giving my photo and adding it to the
ration card for proof.

2. Invitation Card: Actually, my marriage was done on October 22, 2015, but now
Reena Devi has created a new invitation card with the date of October 4, 2015.

3. Aadhaar Card and PAN Card: By giving money or by saying the name, they
added the name to the Aadhaar card and PAN card.

4. Photographer: Her father, uncle, and brothers are working as photographers

and video makers, and in that manner, they have created so many photos for
sympathy and money-making.
Further Seeing their activity for money-making, I have applied and registered a
divorce application in the court of the Honorable Senior Civil Judge and PRL JMFC
KGF on July 23, whose MC petition No. 111/2023 has completed two hearings
(copy attached of divorce application and copy attached of hearing copy).

I am willing to provide any further information or documentation that you may

require regarding the case. I am also ready to follow any instructions or guidelines
that you provide to ensure that the matter is resolved in the best possible
manner.
