❖ If selected, my strategy for the first 30 days of resuming duties would include familiarizing myself
with the team, understanding current projects and goals, identifying key stakeholders, setting
short-term objectives aligned with organizational priorities, and establishing open lines of
communication for feedback and collaboration. Additionally, I would prioritize building
relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, assessing existing processes for efficiency and
effectiveness, and proactively seeking opportunities for improvement.
❖ Improving company service delivery involves several steps:
1. Customer Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze feedback from customers to identify areas for
improvement.
2. Process Optimization: Streamline internal processes to reduce turnaround times and improve
efficiency.
3. Employee Training and Development: Invest in continuous training programs to enhance the
