    ACTION PLAN DURING ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITION

    SCOPE OF ACTION PLAN


    This plan details procedures and sequence that needs to be taken in case of an y adverse
    weather situation for lifting works, working at height, excavation, site access,
    construction activity and evacuation of personals from site.

    The aim of this action plan is to protect workers, site and resources by bad weather
    conditions or heavy rain/wind at SBY PHASE III- VISITOR EXTENSION project site.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Project Engineer

     Conduct inspections and site patrol and identify issues relating environmental
    incidents and emergencies.
     Coordinate with HSE Officer to implement Emergency response plan.
     Routinely inspect construction site for safe working during bad weather
    condition.

    HSE Officer

     Review ERP for identify potential risk to construction team.


     Inspect construction site to ensure ERP is properly implemented and followed by
    site team.
     Conduct inspections and site patrol, and identify issues relating environmental
    incidents and emergences.

    WEATHER FORCASTING
    HSE dept will do a monthly and weekly and daily weather forecast updating based upon
    the information that provided by National Centre of Metrology department. This
    information would be dispatched to the construction sites for further mitigation
    measures that needs to be done at sites.

    Weekly forecast is also used

    PLANNING & PREPARATION


    Construction team will locate and identification high risk activities that can be effect by
    sudden climate change like heavy wind and rain, so that lifting activities are not risk.

    Anemometer will be used on site to check the wind speed at regular intervals and
    information passed to site team to be aware.

    EVACAUTION
    Arrangements will be place to evacuate workforce out from site in case of adverse
    weather. Mini bus will be on site as stand by to evacuate in case of adverse weather
    condition. Sub-contractor also instructed to keep their bus in site.

    All workforce on site will assemble in the site assemble point and will do the head
    count, if all the labor assemble in assembly point then send back to accommodation or
    site labor rest room depending upon the intensity of the weather (Project Engineer will
    decide on this)
