Set PKR
2. General recommendation and procedure
a. MPFM
i. ** Official layout & certifications
1. Spot all Equip. as per official layout (keep distance between equip. and all vent lines should be extend to vent pit)
2. Prepare final layout and send officially to WSL & CM
3. Provide all required certification
4. Proved low pressure gauges ~ 1500 psi for down stream
5. Check and recorded closing time for ESD valve (No more 20 sec)
ii. R/U requirement
1. Provide all X.O required to P/T usually 3" 1002 to 2" 1502
2. P/T Up-Stream to 2000psi/15 min & down stream to 700 psi/15 min
3. ** Downstream line include production line and liquid pit line
4. Check all Equip Grounding
5. 2 needles valve should be installed in all ports of Gauge and sample
6. Confirm all gas detectors, warning sings and fire extinguisher in place
7. Confirm FLM flange on location with proper size and provide all bolts and X.O
8. Once WT arrived location, Spv need to check and confirm all flanges and accessories for WH & flareless manifold on location
9. check all valve, speda plate and line up of flareless manifold
iii. Job management
1. All data should monitored and reported every two hours
2. Max casing pressure 300 psi (Inform ESP eng to bleed off casing)
3. Keep Monitor AGV (XX:XX) & TRSV Pr. 4000-5000 psi & Inform ESP Eng beyond this values
4. Choke size should instructed by ESP Eng.
5. Call DGS 4 Hrs prior to open the well
6. Send WT Report every two hours
7. Routine scouting each half hour for all surface lines especially temporary production line
8. Never change CH.S till got confirmation from CM & WSL
9. Check flow head actuate valve every one hour.
10. WT to check F.H & P/T to 5000 psi.
11. Check X.O from FH to working string
12. Permit to work & DGS
13. Issue PTW from DGS two days before the job
14. Keep update PTW from DGS, issue new one if required
15. Call DGS 4 Hrs before start pumping oil (Never Start pumping without DGS approval)
b. ESP Commissioning
i. PJSM with all involved people
ii. Confirm Casing line in install in case to bleed casing pressure
iii. Confirm TRSV & AGV is open by Completion Eng.
iv. ESP Eng. to determine the initial choke for commissioning
v. Start Up ESP as per vendor instruction
vi. In case of change choke, freq, or any parameters call FIC and CM immediately
c. SL , Set PKR
i. Once SL arrived to location, Check (PCE flange, G.C., running and pulling tools for the plug)
ii. Check OD of the plug and take photo (2.25" FB-2 )
iii. Confirm there is NO OD more then the plug in slickline tool string
iv. R/U SL PCE on top of XMT & P/T to 2000 psi (XMT 3-1/8" 5K)
v. Confirm TRSV is Open with 5000 psi and Completion Eng. on location
vi. Never close master valve till got confirmation from SL Spv that all SL tool on surface
vii. Completion Eng. to be witness redress of the plug
viii. RIH SL as drift run (2.3" G.C), Completion Eng. to be in SL truck, read SL procedure for set PKR
ix. RIH and Set Plug+prong
x. After set the plug and POOH to surface, Don’t M/U the riser again above BOP, installs Safety cap instead during set PKR time
xi. Whenever apply pressure on tubing, keep monitor pressure on casing and vise versa
xii. Set PKR As per completion Eng Instruction and inflow test TRSV, total pumped in the string is required (Values of pressure to be confirmed by the
client)
xiii. After Inflow test don’t open TRSV till equalize pressure above the TRSV
xiv. Start filling the Ann and calculate total volume. If get return on surface that indication PKR is Set (In Total loss well). The proceed to
xv. RIH with SL and retrieve plug
xvi. Connect lines to the casing valve and pressure test packer through annulus at 500 psi for 15minutes. (to be confirmed by Completion Eng. & CM)
xvii. If annulus pressure test is successful, bleed off pressure as per ESP vendor procedures to avoid possible cable damage due to explosive
decompression
xviii. After complete the press test of the ESP packer at 500 psi, bleed off the pressure to 200-300 psi and pressurize the AGV in order to bleed-off the
testing pressure below the packer to confirm the AGV functionality
xix. Bleed off TR‐SCSSSV pressure
xx. R/Down Slickline.
d. Pump Unit
i. spot pump unit at least 20 m far from well head
ii. Check well head flange on location 2-1/16" & 3-1/8" both 5K
iii. L/U surface line to X-mass tree & P/T to 4500 psi
iv. Lo-Torq valves to be installed on Wing valve, before pressure sensor and before the triplex pump
v. new ring gasket has to be used
vi. P/T x mass tree to 4500 psi (Cancelled this point if XMT tested)
vii. keep in consideration to B/O & L/U to THS in order to P/T the casing
viii. Required Charts , XMT, Set PKR and TRSV Inflow test

 Derrick man to keep all mud tanks fully.
 check all chemical materials on location, inform WSL directly 2 days before any required materials
 Keep add additive to mud tanks as per program
2. Pipe Handling
- During crew change meeting, please have quick reminder with all rig crew about the pipe handling procedure.
- NO one stay in or near the catwalk during PU / DP.
- Floor man to have enough distance (save distance) when he push the TBG joint to the V-door.
- Driller to have a look on the V-Door & Catwalk camera BEFORE P/U or L/D DP.
 ** Drift each Joint before RIH(Never M/U new jt to the string till confirm the drift on the rig floor, never keep more than one on rig floor).
