    Sub: Decision of Odisha Health Contractual Employees Federation


    and Odisha Swasthya Mission Parichalana Karmachari Sangha
    (OSMPKS) to Boycott to cast Vote and non cooperation

    Madam,
    We have decided in our General Body meeting held today
    i.e16/03/2024 in virtual mode for non-cooperation to Health Department
    for implementation of any National and State sponsored health schemes
    and also decided not to cast votes by us & our family members during the
    General Election 2024.

    Govt has announced so many types of benefits to all categories of


    staff before MCC except NHM, OSACs and SHAS contractual employees.
    We are working towards betterment of public and implementation of
    popular Govt schemes for last two decades. Public Health Indicators are
    in good stage due to our dedication, honesty and integrity performance.
    Madam we have spoiled 18 years of our golden age in Govt scheme with
    very negligible remuneration without any dearness allowance. According
    to the statement of our beloved Hon'ble CM, "Contractual engagement is
    a bad system and he doesn't want to continue such bad fame system”. It
    is envisaged that our administrative department have not ventilated our
    demand to Hon'ble Chief Minister properly rather imposes ESMA two
    times' to cease our democratic rights to protest. That’s the reason why
    other scheme contractual employees like GRS, ICDS Supervisors etc got
    regularised and we are deprived to get any Govt benefit in the election
    year.

    Therefore we would like to intimate our stands to Hon'ble Chief


    Minister through you that, we are compelled to boycott to cast our valuable
    votes in the forth coming general election with our family members, friends
    and followers. And also we have decided to non cooperate to Govt. for
    implementation of any National and State sponsored schemes with effect
    from 8 pm of 16/03/2024 onwards.
