In today's digital age, where fan engagement is important for sports teams, the use of smart chatbots has e
merged as a great idea. Powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and linguistic processing (NLP), these chat
bots offer sports organizations a powerful way to engage with fans, deliver personalized content, and ulti
mately increase fan loyalty. This report looks at the various roles of intelligent chatbots in the sports indus
try and explores their potential to improve the fan experience. Chatbots can use analytics to understand ea
ch fan's personal preferences. This information may be used to provide fans with personalized content suc
h as news, updates and important details about their favorite teams and individuals. Chatbots can also rec
ommend events, products, and services that will appeal to all fans.

Objective
The aim of this study is to explain what intelligence is and how it can be used in today's world. This articl
e contains the results of a qualitative analysis and literature review regarding intelligence and intelligence
in sports. The theoretical framework of the article discusses the past, present and future of intelligence. Th
e article also examines artificial intelligence from a business perspective, with a close focus on current an
d future investments and global leaders. Discuss more about the impact of AI on society as you learn abou
t the threats and opportunities that AI can bring.

This article uses qualitative research data as a research method. In this study, 20 electronic resources and
publications on cognitive skills in sports were examined.

In this form, sports are considered as a whole; from the perspective of players, clubs and spectators. The r
eport shows what the impact
of artificial intelligence will be on the sports industry and how the sectorwill change in the future.

hows that engaged fans are more likely to show loyalty to their favorite team, resulting in increased ticket
sales, merchandise purchases and media consumption. Intelligent chatbots work to facilitate this interactio
