Imagine you work for the employer.
Discuss the profile of the ideal candidate for
the job. Think about education, skills,
experience, and personal qualities.
Then prepare to interview the candidates.

interviewed for the tour guide job.

• your previous work experience
• why you are the right person for the job
• questions you can ask about the job and
the company

Role-play the job interview with a partner.
Take turns being the interviewer and the job candidate.
Make notes on the candidate’s answers to your questions

the best candidate.
