*The Continuum Education is identifies different service delivery models to provide specially designed
instruction to a student with a disability.
4. Who do you think are responsible to cater the needs of these students? Does it only involve the
teacher? Why?
Teachers in the schools continue to enrich the students' experiences at home, thus strengthening the
valuable, personal traits and characteristics initially developed. Not only the teacher is responsible to
cater the needs of the students but parents are also accountable to their children.

acknowledgment.
3. What is meant by continuum service education?
*The continuum of education is identifies different service delivery models to provide specially designed
instruction to a student with a disability.
4. What are the assessments used by special education teachers in order to determine disabilities of
students? Explain in your own words.
*The Assessment that used by the special education teachers are Informal, Formal, Paper-Pencil &
Performance Assessments. In educational settings, an assessment refers to the process of evaluating,
measuring and documenting students' knowledge, skills or behavior.

1. Do a virtual/personal interview with a SPED teacher on what are the steps they take if they discovered
a student with special needs in her class. - Ask the teachers
what were the challenges that they experienced as a SPIED teacher. - Interview him/her
about the about the process on how the assessment of students were done in order to determine the
disability of the student. o Observe if they have observed
the protocol on the identification of disabilities and the placement.
o How the placement of differently abled students are done. - Write
your own reflection / reaction of the challenges that they experience
