The passport requires validity to cover the Course duration and it should have 4
continuous blank pages for Visa stamping.
2. Photograph - 2 nos.
(45-50mm in height and 35-38mm in width, a plain white or light grey background, the
face takes up 70-80% of the frame and without borders)
8. Gap Explanation
If you have any academic or experience gap for more than 1 year, gap explanation with
adequate evidence required.
9. TOEFL / IELTS / PTE Score Card (Academic)
Employment Details :-
(Mandatory to pay the first year tuition fees in full before filing the visa application)
Bank documents without manager’s seal & bank stamp will not be considered
a) Cover Letter & Savings Bank Account Statement from the Nationalized/Scheduled
Banks (only the least balance for the last 6 months will be considered)
b) Cover Letter & Fixed Deposit Receipt from the Nationalized/Scheduled Banks
(minimum 6 months matured FD will be considered)
c) Education Loan from the Nationalized/Scheduled Banks(format
attached) Conditions for availing loan:-
Irish Embassy appreciates only the 50% of the total cost as loan amount
Pledged property should be in the name of the eligible sponsor only
Mandatory to take loan disbursement letter(format attached) & loan account
statement from the bank after making the payment
Collateral security details:- Property valuation report & deed ( Malayalam copy &
English translation required with Seal & Signature )
d) Recent fund deposits in the Nationalized/Scheduled Banks having proper source will
be considered Conditions for taking recent deposits:
Funds should be from the following source:(only the bank transfers accepted with
previous supporting documents)
Funds from salary
Retirement benefits
Provident fund
Land Aqusition
LIC Premium (minimum 6 months maturity required)
Insurance Premium from Nationalized/Scheduled banks (minimum 6 months
maturity required)
Recurring Deposits (RD) (minimum 6 months maturity required)
Post Office Savings (minimum 6 months maturity required)
Mutual Funds (minimum 6 months maturity required)
Funds through land acquisition
Sale of property (required sale deed, bank transactions, cheques etc.)
Bank Savings (minimum 6 months maturity required)
Treasury Savings (minimum 6 months maturity required)
Fixed Deposits with Co-operative Bank (minimum 6 months maturity required)
- (all previous FD receipts required)
(It is mandatory to submit the last 6 months of the Savings Bank Account Statement of
the student as well as the financial sponsors)
(PCC is mandatory from all countries in which you held residence permission in the 5
years prior to the date of your visa application)
All the original documents + 1 set of copy need to be submitted to Ireland VFS
VAC(Students themselves should submit their file to Ireland VFS VAC with prior
appointment)
