Material should not be foul with boom during lifting/shifting.

Take care for wind pressure during lifting of sheet.

More than 3 meter sheet should be lifted on roof manually by rope only not
vertically with hook and kunda.

All loose sheet must be secured during work.

Do not remove kunda till at least one side screw not fixed,

Area to be barricaded during lifting & Fixing of sheet.

Damage rope. 3 3 6 Only good quality P.P. rope to be used. 2 1 3

Inspect frequently the pp rope to avoid damage of lifting tool & tackles.

Fall of Kunda. 2 2 4 Kunda to be fixed properly with rope to avoid slip of kunda. 1 1 2

PP rope should be inserted properly in the kunda.

Working at 4 3 7 A through lifeline will be provided from lifting area to working area for marching 2 1 3

Person will wear full body harness with double lanyard and shock absorber for
height and they will anchor there full body harness with horizontal member of
scaffold.
