3. After-sales service
3.1 Technical documents
All labels on machines and lay-out drawings, Electrical Diagrams, User Manuals, will be in English
and all files will be sent to the buyer in the third week of plant manufacture. All hard copies will be
shipped with the machinery.

3.2. Installation, commissioning, and testing


a. After all machinery is delivered to the customer’s factory, the customer is responsible for all
preparation work, e.g., electricity supply, water supply, labors, riggers and all cabling, materials
etc.
b. The engineers will give training to all machinery operators and maintenance staff at the
customer’s factory.

3.3 Guarantee period and after-sales services:


12 months from the date of bill of lading.
During this guarantee period, KOOEN will provide spare parts without any charge in the case of
quality discrepancy during manufacture. If the malfunctions are caused by the customers incorrect
operation of machinery, KOOEN will provide spare parts at cost price.
a. Long-term service:
KOOEN will charge the customer cost price for spare parts beyond one year and provide long-
term technical guidance.

3.4. Validity: 14 working days from the date of this quotation.
