IMPORTANT -- READ CAREFULLY: THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (THE “AGREEMENT”) IS A LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND
JOHN DEERE SHARED SERVICES, INC., A CORPORATION HAVING A PRINCIPAL ADDRESS OF ONE JOHN DEERE PLACE, MOLINE, IL
61265 ("JOHN DEERE") AND GOVERNS YOUR USE OF A JOHN DEERE STARFIRE 7000 SATELLITE RECEIVER THAT IS CAPABLE OF
RECEIVING GNSS CORRECTION DATA, AS DEFINED HEREIN, SUCH AS THE STARFIRE 7000 UNIVERSAL SATELLITE RECEIVER OR
THE STARFIRE 7000 INTEGRATED SATELLITE RECEIVER (EACH THE "RECEIVER"). THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT DOES NOT APPLY TO
ANY PRIOR GENERATION STARFIRE RECEIVER, INCLUDING THE STARFIRE 300, 3000, OR 6000.
