By the end of the lesson, students should be able to:

2. Comment on and interpret different views of heroism.

1. Teacher will introduce the topic to them.


2. Students will discuss the “Getting Started” activity as a whole
class.
3. Students will take turns reading the text "Modern Heroes" aloud.
Activities by 4. Students will individually do Question 1 in their reading and writing
step book.
5. Students will be put into groups of four to discuss Question 2.
They will be given mahjong paper to write down their discussion.
6. Each group will present their discussions to the class.

Classwork Complete unfinished exercise.
