HOSTEL FACILITY
We are pleased to announce that Hostel facility by NV Classes is going to start from 22nd Dec 2023. By
op@ng for the hostel facili@es provided by NV Classes, students gain access to a conducive and immersive
environment tailored for successful exam prepara@on. Living on-site eliminates the daily commute, allowing
students to u@lize their @me more efficiently in focused study sessions. The proximity to the study centre
fosters a sense of community, enabling collabora@ve learning through group discussions and shared
academic goals. This collec@ve approach contributes to a mo@vated and suppor@ve atmosphere, propelling
students towards higher levels of academic achievement.
Furthermore, the structured study schedule and designated @me slots for doubt clarifica@on and group
discussions ensure a disciplined rou@ne, promo@ng consistency and thorough exam readiness. The hostel
experience not only focuses on academic growth but also ins@ls crucial life skills such as @me management,
responsibility, and independence.
"In order to maintain a conducive and well-managed living environment, our hostel facility is limited to a
specific number of students. Following the receipt of all expressions of interest, ini@ally we will offer day@me
stays to 10–12 students and 24-hour stays to approximately 10 students making a total of roughly 22
students. The selec@on of students will be conducted at our discre@on, adhering to internal criteria.
It's important to note that the names of selected students will be determined based on our discre@on and
internal criteria. Should any student be removed from the hostel facility due to disciplinary ac@vi@es or
other reasons, a new student will be offered the available space.

community of students."
Hostel Facility key points are listed below:
1. Accommoda)on Op)ons:
- Students can opt for either day3me stay or 24hrs stay.
- Overnight stays are exclusively available for male students.
2. Timings:
- Day3me stay students must arrive at the hostel between 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
- Day3me stay students can leave the hostel at the earliest by 10:00 PM.
3. Food:
- At our hostel facility, we provide a consistent and balanced meal schedule to ensure the nutri3onal
needs of our students are met. Commencing at 7:00 AM, a standard serving of milk and biscuits is offered
for a wholesome start to the day. At 9:00 AM, a fixed, healthy homemade breakfast is served, providing a
reliable and substan3al morning meal.
- Lunch is served at 1:30 PM and consists of a set menu of carefully prepared homemade dishes.
- A standardized snack & Milk offering is available at 5:00 PM to provide a brief and sa3sfying break in the
aTernoon.
- At 8:30 PM, a fixed and nutri3ous homemade dinner is provided, offering a balanced evening meal. To
conclude the day, students can enjoy a fixed serving of coffee at 11:00 PM, to extend their night studies.
Students are welcomed to bring fruits while bringing outside junk food is not recommended.
4. Pricing:
- We understand that choosing a hostel is a significant decision, and we want to make it as easy as
possible for you. That’s why we offer a one-week trial period at a fixed price of ₹3500 per student. This
allows you to experience our facili3es and services without any long-term commitment. ATer the trial
week, the cost will be ₹12,500 per month, if all meals are opted.
5. What students need to bring:
- To ensure a comfortable stay at our hostel, we ask students to bring a few personal items. These include
toiletries for personal hygiene, bedding items such as pillows and blankets for a good night’s sleep, and
ea3ng utensils including a plate, mug, bowl, glass and spoon for meal3mes. We believe in crea3ng a home
away from home, and these personal items will help make your space more comfortable and personalized.
6. Study Schedule:
- A specific study 3me slot will be assigned to students, which must be strictly followed.
- Group discussion and doubt clarifica3on 3me slots will also be allocated and should be adhered to.
- Ea3ng 3ming will also be fixed.
- Mobile phone access will given only in specified hours.
7. Disciplinary Ac)on:
- Non-compliance with the study schedule or disrup3ve behaviour will result in removal from the
program.
- Any form of disciplinary ac3on, including but not limited to, disturbance, misuse of facili3es, or viola3on
of the hostel rules, will lead to termina3on from the program.
8. Safety and Security:

- While NV Classes is commiêd to providing a suppor3ve environment, it is important to note that NV
Classes will not be responsible for the security and safety of students during their stay.
- Students are advised to take necessary precau3ons for their personal belongings and well-being.
9. AIendance:
- Regular aêndance is mandatory for all sessions and ac3vi3es related to the exam prepara3on program.
- In case of any unavoidable absence, prior in3ma3on is required.
10. Hygiene and Cleanliness:

- Maintain cleanliness in the hostel premises.
- Follow hygiene protocols and cooperate with the cleaning staff for the overall well-being of everyone.
11. Communica)on:
- Any concerns or issues regarding the hostel facility should be communicated promptly to the
designated hostel coordinator.
12. Guest Policy:

- No outsiders or guests are allowed into the hostel premises without prior permission.
13. Personal Responsibility:

- Students are expected to take personal responsibility for their ac3ons and belongings.
14. Day Off for Home Visit: Sunday

- Students are allowed one day off each week to visit their homes for personal needs, such as collec3ng
washed clothes or retrieving any other necessary belongings.
By choosing to stay in the hostel facility provided by NV Classes, you agree to abide by these guidelines.

prepara@on.
