1. Motivation
Did you know that we have different
animals that we can see in our environment? So,
what are you waiting for? Come with me, let us
explore the different animals that we can see in
our environment. (The teacher sing a song (Mga
Hayop Ha Palibot Naton) while having a tour in
the environment).

2. Presentation

Have you seen and hear the animals in our


song? Come! let us name them again and group
them according to their characteristics. No, we have a little idea about it, teacher.

Animals have different characteristics and


the place where they live. Thera are 2 kinds of
habitat for the animals that we can see in our
environment. Some animals live on land. Some
animals live on water. While other animals can
survive in both land and water.

3. Discussion

Come, let us name those animals that live


on land.

Very Good! Chicken have 2 wings, 1 beak and


2 feet. The chicken says, Tak, tak, kotak! We
take care of the chicken in our backyard.
