Topic 1: Talk about a hotel that you have stayed in.
Hello teacher. My name is Vu. I am 19 years old and a student at FPT

Polytechnic College. I am currently a 2nd-year student majoring in information
technology. Today I will talk about a hotel that you have stayed in.
First of all, I want to say that the last time I stayed at a hotel was 1 year ago. The
hotel name is Hoai Hai. It is located in the coastal town of Binh Dinh province.
The hotel is located in a pretty nice location because you can see the sea. I stayed
in a single room . Because I go alone,i think the cost is quite cheap, because in the
countryside, it's only about 7 hundred thousand VND per night.
Second, I want to talk about the hotel's facilities, services and amenities. The
hotel had many facilities such as sauna, gift shop, fitness center, business
center,... There were a number of services such as laundry service, wake-up
service, cleaning service, room cleaning,... I used the laundry service and room
cleaning service. In the room there was a TV, hair dryer, iron, extra towels,
clothes hanger,...
Finally about my experience with the hotel. I were very satisfied with my stay. It
was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. What I like most was the swimming pool
service because it was comfortable and relaxing because you could see the sea.
There was nothing I didn’t like.
In summary, I could say that this hotel is really good and I will recommend it to
my friends. This is the end of my speech. Thank you for listening.

Topic 2: Talk about good and bad driving habits.
Hello teacher. My name is Le Tan Vu. I am 19 years old and a student at FPT
Polytechnic College. I am currently a 2nd-year student majoring in information
technology. Today I will talk about good and bad driving habits.
First of all, I want to share with you about my riding experience. I have a
motorbike at home and have ridden it for 5 years. I'm confident that I drive well.
Secondly, I would like to talk about good and bad driving habits. Good driving
habits are stopping at the red light and observing the speed limit. Bad driving
habits are not signaling when turning and not stopping at a red light. I think not
stopping at the red light is the most dangerous driving behavior because it can
cause accidents. I am a good motorbike rider because I stop at the red light.
Finally, it is about an accident that I saw when walking on Le Duc Tho Street
about 2 weeks ago. A driver ran a red light and he crashed into another. Luckily,
two people had only minor skin injuries but the motorbikes were damaged. I
helped them stand up. I have learned that not stopping at a red light is dangerous
because it can lead to traffic accidents.
In conclusion, people must drive carefully to avoid bad driving habits and
unexpected accidents. That is the end of my speech. That brings me to the end of
my talk. Thank you for your listening.

TOPIC 3: Talk about how I take care of my appearance
Hello teacher. My name is Le Tan Vu. I am 19 years old and a student at FPT
Polytechnic College. I am currently a 2nd year student majoring in information
technology. Today I will talk about how I take care of my appearance.
First of all I want to share with you my thoughts on my appearance and how I
take care of it. I don't often take care of my appearance but I find it still quite
good. I often take care of my skin by wearing sunscreen every time I go out in the
sun, take care of my hair by using shampoo every day, and take care of my teeth
by choosing a toothbrush that fits my teeth. I spend quite a bit of money on taking
care of my appearance.
Second, I want to talk about a place where I often go to take care of my
appearance. I usually go to the barber shop once a month and also have my own
favorite barber shop.
Finally, regarding cosmetic surgery, I think we should not overuse it because it
will affect our health in old age. I think if I had the money I wouldn't have plastic
surgery because it's unnecessary.
In conclusion, I would say that people should take care of their appearance so
they can have better looks to feel more confident, and be more successful in their
lives. However, people shouldn’t abuse cosmetic surgery because it can be
dangerous. Thank you for your listening.
