Topic 1: Describe your activities during a screen-free week.

Hello teacher, My full name’s Pham Thanh Hung. I’m 18 years old. My
hometown is An Giang and My major is Software Development. Today, I would like to
talk about my activities during a screen - free week.
Firstly, I will talk about screen-free week. I spend 12 hours in front of a screen.
Because of my study and part-time work needs. For studying, I often use my laptop and
phone to check the time, schedule and do homework. As for work, I use it to order food
and drinks for customers using the restaurant application required. I think I need a
screen- free week. Because there are no screens, I can go out and chat directly with
friends and relax.
Secondly, I would like to talk about activities that I do during a screen - free
week. The first activity is waking up early at 5 am and going for a run alone. It’s an
outdoor activity. I usually do it at the park near my house. I like this activity because it
gives me health and comfort. I’ll be back home to take a shower at 6:30 am. I often
have breakfast at 7 am at home. Next, I will go out to have coffee with friends at 7:30
am. It’s an outdoor activity. I like this activity because it helps me get closer to friends
and feel happy. I returned home at 9:30 and watch TV. It’s an indoor activity. I really
like doing this because it makes me feel comfortable and relax. At 11 am I have lunch at
home with family. I take a lunch break at 11h30 and then play games with my friends at
14 am. In the evening, I often go out to have diner with friends and go to the movies
from 7pm to 10pm. I like this activity because I feel very happy and really comfortable
when I'm with my friends. Then I returned home at 10:20pm and go to bed.
Finally, I would like to talk about my feelings. I think going to coffee with
friends is the most essential activity. Because it make me so happy and relax. I think it's
extremely important to reduce screen time going forward.
In conclusion, doing these activities during my screen-free week brings me a lot
of joy. It makes me happy. That’s the end of my talk. Thank you for your attention.
Thank for your listening.

Topic 2: Talk about your fitness and eating habits.

Hello teacher, my full name's Pham Thanh Hung. I'm 18 years old. I
study at FPT Polytechnic and my major is Software Development. To day I
would like to talk about my fitness and eating habits.

First of all, I think i'm in a good shape and not a couch potato.
Staying in shape is very important. When we have good body shape, we
will always feel confident when communicating with people. To keep my
body fit, I often exercise at 6 a.m. every day and do push-ups in my room.
Always keep the habit of sleeping early and eating properly to have a
healthy body. Paying attention to the substances in food is also important in
keeping a fit body. Every day I usually eat rice with many types of meat
and many types of vegetables. I always drink 2 liters of water every day to
be good for my body. Healthy eating habits and providing adequate
nutrients for the body will bring a beautiful body. Some unhealthy eating
habits include eating fast, eating too much fat, skipping breakfast, and not
exercising every day. Most importantly, stay away from stimulants, fast
food and energy drinks. Stop using them to have a beautiful body.

That's the end of my speaking. Thank u for your listening.

Topic 3: Talk about your most recent vacation.

Hello teachers, my full name's Pham Thanh Hung. I'm 18 years old. My
home town is An Giang. My major is Software Development at FPT
Polytechnic. Today, I would like to talk about my recent vacation.

First of all, I love going on vacation with my friends in the summer

every year. I recently had a vacation in Vung Tau and it was 5 months ago.
I went there with friends and it lasted about 3 days and 2 nights. Vung Tau
city owns a beautiful beach. The weather there is clear. We went there by
bus and it took about 5 hours. There, we stayed at a relative's house to rest.
In Vung Tau City, we went swimming, enjoyed seafood, walked along
together and took photos in beautiful locations. The people here are very
friendly.

In short, my friends and I had a wonderful vacation and many

interesting experiences in Vung Tau City. However, we encountered few
problems but it was okay. If I have the chance, I will come here again with
my family and friends because there are many wonderful memories here.

That's the end of my speaking. Thank's for your listening.

Topic 4: Talk about your personal dress code.

Hello teachers, My full name's Pham Thanh Hung. I'm 18 years old.
My hometown is An Giang. I study at FPT Polytechnic and my major is
Software Development. Today, I would like to talk about my dress code.

First of all, I think I have quite a diverse fashion style. I usually

wear t-shirts, polo shirts and hoodies, with jeans and trousers to school
because they are comfortable and appropriate for school. I often wear T-
shirts, shorts and slippers to go to coffee shops near my house with friends.
I often wear blazer , shirts with trousers and oxfords to fancy parties. In
addition, when I wear formal clothes, I feel confident when appearing in
front of people. At my school, students don't have to wear uniforms to
school every day. My uniform is orange with black pants. I feel polite,
formal and comfortable wearing it. I really like shopping and I often buy
information through online shopping software on smart mobile phones or
shopping malls.

In short, I want to say that there is no limit to clothing, so let's bring

ourselves an outfit and feel that it is polite, comfortable and suitable for all
situations in life. This is the final part of my speech. Thank you for
listening.
