Energy Accounts Payment Assistance (EAPA) Scheme

Currently, around 200 EAPA Providers deliver the Energy Accounts Payment Assistance (EAPA) scheme. EAPA Providers include NSW
Government EAPA Provider, Salvation Army, Anglicare, Wesley Mission, St Vincent de Paul Society NSW, Independent Community and
Neighbourhood Centres, and Local Land Councils.

Customers seeking assistance should contact a participating EAPA Provider to make an appointment for an assessment. The contact list is sorted
in alphabetical order by suburb name, so you may also wish to check major neighbouring suburbs for a participating EAPA Provider.

Some EAPA Providers may provide in-person or telephone assessments, or both. Please call the contact number listed first to see if you can attend
an appointment in person or complete a telephone assessment.
