    3. It is the responsibility of the Borrower to make the timely payment of the Loan and abide by the terms and conditions of the
    loan. Timely payment is the essence of the loan
    4. Pre-payment of the Loan may be made by the Borrower without any charge, or additional interest.
    5. The loan will be disbursed to your designated bank account after confirmation of your acceptance of this sanction
