GIFT DEED

THIS DEED OF GIFT is made on this 15th day of August, 1908 at Bengaluru.

BY:
Srinivasa, son of Ramiah, aged 45 years, residing at Bommanahalli Village,
Bangalore Taluk (hereinafter referred to as the "Donor")

IN FAVOUR OF:
The deity Shree Choudeshwari Amma, represented by its Trustee Parvathamma,
wife of the Donor (hereinafter referred to as the "Donee")

The terms Donor and Donee, unless repugnant to the context, shall mean and
include their representatives, heirs, successors, executors, administrators, trustees,
legal representatives, and assigns.

WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

1. That the Donor is the absolute owner of the property comprised in Survey
No. 2116 situated at Bommanahalli Village, Bangalore Taluk, measuring 2
Acres and 53 Cents, fully described in the Schedule hereunder written
(hereinafter referred to as the "Schedule Property").

2. That the Donor, being the absolute owner, has been in possession and
enjoyment of the Schedule Property, paying taxes and levies thereon, as the
sole and absolute owner thereof.

3. That the Donee is related to the Donor as the husband.

4. That out of natural love and affection for the Donee and for the perpetual
service of the deity Shree Choudeshwari Amma, the Donor hereby
voluntarily transfers by way of gift, the Schedule Property unto and in favor
of the Donee, to have and to hold the same forever.

5. That the Donor, without any monetary consideration and in consideration of


natural love and affection which the Donor bears to the Donee, hereby grants
and transfers by way of gift, the Scheduled Property together with all the
things permanently attached thereto or standing thereon and all the liberties,
privileges, easements, and advantages appurtenant thereto and all the estates,
rights, title, interest, use, inheritance, possession, benefits, claims, and
demand whatsoever of the Donor to have and to hold the same unto the use
of the Donee absolutely but subject to the payment of all taxes, rates,
assessments, dues, and duties now and hereafter chargeable thereon to the
Government or local authorities.

6. That the Donor desires to grant the said land and premises morefully
described in the schedule written hereunder and hereinafter referred to as
scheduled property to the Donee as a gift in consideration of natural love and
affection, subject to the conditions herein after mentioned.

7. That the Donor covenants that he has full power and authority to make this
gift and that the Said Property is free from all encumbrances, claims and
demands whatsoever.

8. That the Donor further covenants that he has not done or committed any act,
deed or thing whereby the Donee's right, title and interest in the Said
Property is impaired or prejudiced in any manner whatsoever.

9. That all costs, charges and expenses for stamping and registering this Deed
shall be borne and paid by the Donor.

COVENANTS OF THE DONOR:


The Donor hereby covenants with the Donee:
a) That the Donor now has in himself, absolute right, full power, and absolute
authority to grant the said scheduled property hereby granted as a gift in the
manner aforesaid.

b) The Donee may at all times hereinafter peacefully and quietly enter upon,
take possession of the scheduled property and enjoy the said scheduled
property as he deems fit without any interruption, claim, or demand
whatsoever from or by the Donor or his heirs, executors, administrators, and
assigns or any person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim by from under
or in trust for the Donor.

c) And further that the Donor and all persons having or lawfully claiming any
estate or interest whatsoever to the said scheduled property and premises or
any part thereof from under or in trust for the Donor or his heirs, executors,
administrators, and assigns or any of them shall and will from time to time
and at all times hereafter at the request and cost of the Donee do and execute
or cause to be done and executed all such further and other acts, deeds,
things, conveyances, and assurances in law whatsoever for better and more
perfectly assuring the said scheduled property and every part thereof unto
and to the use of the Donee in the manner aforesaid as by the Donee his heirs,
executors, administrators, and assigns or counsel in law shall be reasonably
required.

All that piece and parcel of land situated in Survey No. 2116 situated in situated at
Bommanahalli Village and adjoining lands allotted by the Bangalore Development
Authority admeasuring __xxx____ sq.mts. which is surrounded by Survey
No._yyy__ of _____zzzz_______ and the entire lands being bounded on the:
East by : EEE
West by : WWW
North by : NNN
South by : SSS

Market value of the property gifted under this deed is Rs.__XYZ_____


(Rupees__XYZ____only). The Stamp duty is paid on the market value as computed
above.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Donor has signed this Deed on the day, month and
year first hereinabove mentioned in the presence of the following witnesses:
