    Put Foam sheet on it

    Place the VCI Bubble Sheet over the Foam sheet.

    Rest the Master Rod on Bubble bag.

    Put the PP Spacer In between Joint of Master Rod

    Rest the 4 Master Rods on Base Pallet.

    Wrap the Master Rods with Bubble Bag and put


    Separator in between both. Put the Additional Foam
    sheets in between Separator & master rod.

    Put a Foam Sheet on the parts

    Put a corrugator sheet on the foam sheet

    Arrange 4 more parts onto the separator

    Repeat steps to ensure parts are properly wrapped into


    bubble sheets

    Put The Aluminum Bag over the master rod.

    Seal the Aluminum Bag of Master rod.

    Vacuum the Bag of Master Rod

    Put the lashing belt over the master rods

    Put the side wall of Box.

    Put the Top of Box.

    Complete the Lashing of Box with lashing Belt same is


    wrap with stretch film.
