Education/ Preferably a Post Graduate Power Electronics Engineer.
Qualification
Desired Skills Knowledge 1. Experience in design of electronic circuits, design of basic
converters like flyback, forward, full bridge, buck & boost
2. Knowledge of EMI/EMC standards
3. Knowledge of linear & nonlinear circuits
4. control systems
5. DFMEA
6. PCB layout and manufacturing
Skills 1. Complex problem solving skills and a methodical mind
2. communication skills
3. Time management and an ability to prioritise and plan work
effectively

Role &
Responsibilities  Product development & improvement as per approved plan
 Develop new technology in the product.
 Product validation as per IEC 60974 standard
 First time right- Making sure that all activities are carried out in the right manner
the first time and every time.
 Prepare & Maintain product documents as per departmental ISO procedure in
PLM
 Prepare bill of material in ERP
 Release of product documents to all concern departments
 Product Training to sales, service engineer & shop floor engineers
 Prepare test jigs for testing the PCBs. Training to RIT & vendor engineer
 CE marking of the product which includes EMI/EMC tests as per IEC 60974 -10
standard
 Product development as per customer and production feedback
 Root cause analysis & CAPA against repetitive field complaint
 Reduce FCR
 Product BOM Cost reduction
 Eplan & PDM implementation
 Resolve technical issues of internal and external customers
 Validation of alternative components and approval
 Work closely with purchase department for PCB vendor development
 Customer visit
 Internal and external audits as per IMS
