 INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATE

1. Fill up the necessary information in the space provided on the cover of Question Booklet and the OMR Answer-
Sheet before commencement of the test.
2. The duration of the Paper-I is 90 minutes.
3. Please check for completeness of the Question Booklet immediately after opening.
4. There are 35 objective type questions in Paper-I (Part-A and Part-B).
5. Part-A contains 20 questions. Each question has FOUR options (A), (B), (C) and (D). ONLY ONE of these four
options is the correct answer. For each question, choose the option corresponding to the correct answer.
Answer to each question will be evaluated according to the following marking scheme:
Full Marks: +1 If ONLY the correct option is chosen;
Zero Marks: 0 If none of the options is chosen (i.e. the question is unanswered);
Negative Marks: –0.25 In all other cases.
6. Part-B contains 15 questions. Each question has FOUR options (A), (B), (C) and (D). ONE OR MORE THAN
ONE of these four option(s) is (are) correct answer(s). For each question, choose the option(s) corresponding to (all)
the correct answer(s).
Answer to each question will be evaluated according to the following marking scheme:
Full Marks: +2 If only (all) the correct option(s) is(are) chosen;
Partial Marks: +1.5 If all the four options are correct but ONLY three options are chosen;
Partial Marks: +1 If three or more options are correct but ONLY two options are chosen, both of which are correct;
Partial Marks: +0.5 If two or more options are correct but ONLY one option is chosen and it is a correct option;
Zero Marks: 0 if none of the option is chosen (i.e the question is unanswered).
Negative Marks: –0.25 In all other cases.
7. In case of any ambiguity in translation, the English version will be deemed authentic.
8. Objective type Answers are to be marked on the OMR Answer-Sheet, which is provided separately.
9. Use only Blue/Black Ball Point Pen to darken the circle/oval for answering.
10. Once a/an circle/oval is darkened as answer to the question, it is final. Answer option once darkened cannot be
changed.
11. Rough work, if any, is to be done on the Question Booklet only. No separate sheet will be provided/used for
Rough Work.
12. Calculator, Mobile, etc., are not permitted inside the examination hall.
13. Candidates seeking, receiving and/or giving assistance during the test will be disqualified.
14. Appropriate civil/criminal proceedings will be instituted against the candidate taking or attempting to take this

2. पेपर-I परीक्षा की अवधि 90 धिनट है ।

3. प्रश्न-पुस्तिका खोलने के तु रंत बाि ही कृपया उसकी पूणवता की जााँ च कर लें ।

4. पेपर-I (भाग-ए और भाग-बी) में 35 वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रश्न हैं ।

5. भाग-ए में 20 प्रश्न हैं । प्रत्येक प्रश्न के चार दर्कल्प (ए), (बी), (सी) और (डी) हैं । इन चार दर्कल्पों में से केवल एक ही सही उत्तर दर्कल्प है ।
प्रत्येक प्रश्न के दलए सही उत्तर के अनुरूप दर्कल्प का चयन करें ।

प्रत्येक प्रश्न के उत्तर का मूल्ां कन दनम्नदलस्तखत अंकन योजना के अनुसार दकया जाएगा:

7. अनुर्ाि में दकसी भी प्रकार की अस्पष्टता के मामले में अंग्रेजी रूपां तर को प्रामादणक माना जाएगा।

8. र्िु दनष्ठ प्रकार के उत्तर ओएमआर उत्तर-पत्रक पर अंदकत दकए जाने हैं , जो अलग से उपलब्ध कराए गए हैं ।

9. उत्ति र्ाले गोले/अं डाकृदत को काला किने के दलए केवल नीले /काले बॉल पॉइं ट पेन का उपयोग किें ।

10. एक बाि दकसी गोले/अंडाकृदत को प्रश्न के उत्ति के रूप में अंदकत कि िे ने पर उसे अंदतम माना जाएगा। उत्ति दवकल्प को एक बाि अंदकत

किने के बाि उसे बिला नही ं िा सकता।

11. यदि कोई रफ कायव किना हो, तो उसे केवल प्रश्न-पुस्तिका पि ही किें । रफ कायव के दलए कोई अलग से शीट नही ं िी िाएगी/ न ही आपको

उपयोग करना है ।

12. कैल्कुले टर, िोबाइल आधि परीक्षा हॉल के अन्दर ले जाने की अनुिधि नही ं है ।

13. परीक्षा के िौरान सहायता प्राप्त करने का प्रयास करने, प्राप्त करने और/या अन्य को सहायता करने र्ाले परीक्षादथवयों को अयोग्य घोदित
दकया जाएगा।

14. इस प्रश्न-पुस्तिका या इसके दकसी भी भाग को परीक्षा हॉल के बाहर ले जाने या ले जाने का प्रयास करने र्ाले पिीक्षार्ी के दर्रुद्ध उदचत
दसदर्ल/आपरादिक कायव र्ाही की जाएगी।

15. दकसी भी प्रश्न/प्रश्नों को अंदतम मूल्ां कन से बाहर करने का अदिकार पिीक्षा प्रादिकारी के हार् में है ।

16. परीक्षा दनरीक्षक से प्रश्न-पुस्तिका में से दकसी भी मि (आइटम) पर स्पष्टीकरण न मााँ गें। अपने सर्ोत्तम समझ का उपयोग किे ।

परीक्षा पूरी होने पर यह प्रश्न पुस्तिका िर्था ओ-एम-आर- उत्तर-पत्रक िौटा दें ।
