Conditions for issue of Management System Certificate


 The Management System as per applicable ISO standards.

 Minimum of 1 Internal Audit and 1 Management Review should be conducted before granting
Certification.

 All Non-conformities are closed effectively with satisfactory objective evidence.

 No penalty and statutory non-compliance against the auditee organization.

 Review of customer satisfaction / dissatisfaction if any.

 Any dispute unresolved by auditee organization.

 Paid all certification fees.

 The Management System should be in place at least for minimum 3 months

Note: In case where the implementation period is not meeting the above-mentioned requirement,
preponed surveillance audit shall be carried out before 6 months

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION:

a) The Applicant shall present all information and documentation requested by DCS to establish the status of the
Management System.

b) The Applicant agrees to inform DCS of any changes which may occur in the organization, scope, system, associated
products & activities immediately.

c) DCS will inform the Applicant of the observed deficiencies if any against the requirements of registration. Applicant
shall take necessary corrective action in order to meet compliance with the relevant requirements.

d) The Applicant shall evidence the effectiveness of corrective action within the specified time limit. DCS will re-audit
relevant clauses only of the quality system under question to verify the compliance. The re-audit fees will be
charged additional on the prevailing manday rate, basis and reimbursement of expenses towards travel &
subsistence.

e) Whenever the applicant fails to take the effective corrective action within the specified time limit, DCS may conduct
a full audit of the entire Management System. The re-audit fees will be charged additional as per the prevailing
manday rate for the audit days and reporting including reimbursement of expenses towards travel & subsistence.

f) DCS will issue certificate of compliance covering the activities and location(s), which were verified during the
audit. The Applicant shall not claim or otherwise apply the certificate for other locations or activities not covered
specifically by the issued certificate.
g) The Applicant shall allow “The Specialist” in the respective field from the Industry in the Audit Team, if required
by DCS.

h) DCS General Terms & Conditions (FA-16) will be applicable.

UNDERTAKING:
I/We have read and undertake to observe the Certification requirements (CM-5) and General Terms &
Conditions (FA-16) for obtaining and retaining Certification / Registration. I/We also understand that we shall
abide by the amendment of above rules that may be altered from time to time.
