    Concrete: 50 MPa High Density Concrete at 28 Days, 5 to 8% Air Entrainment. NOTES
    (Highly Resistant To Oil Absorbtion) 1. Standard access openings are 685 mm diameter.
    Reinforcing: 15 M bars at 250 mm centres in roof; 10 M bars at 250 mm centres 2. Typical precast concrete access extension with cast iron closed pattern
    in walls and horizontally in partitions; 4 x 4 6/6 ww mesh in floor. man hole frame and cover - O.P.S.D. Ref 401.01 Type A. Bolted and gas-
    Eight extra 15 M bars around each roof access opening. keted frame and cover -O.P.S.D. Ref. 401.03. and locking cover O.P.S.D.
    Minimum cover over reinforcing steel - 25 mm. Ref. 401.06 are also available See 'RISERS & ACCESS COVERS FOR

    3. Inlet knockout for grout connection of 150 diameter PVC pipe.

    coupling.
    Maximum Flow Rate: 180 Litres Per Minute for the separation of unemulsified oil. 5. Outlet piping of a standard unit is 150 mm solvent weld PVC pipe, stain-
    less or galvanized steel are available options.
    6. Vent knockouts each side of each chamber suitable for 75 mm pipe.
    7. The partitions are cast monolithically with the walls and roof.
    8. Heavy lifting eyes in the roof four places.
    9. 100 x 300 mm flow through void through each partition.
    • This unit is suitable for use as a Kitchen Grease Interceptor. Consult
    Interceptor with the factory about various design options.

    • This interceptor is NOT intended for use in Stormwater Applications.
    • The performance data shown for this quiescent-type separator involves
    the following parameters:
    - the influent is water and free oil at a temperature of 20˚ Celcius.
    - the oil has a specific gravity of .9 and a minimum oil droplet size of
    60 microns.
