    − 1 PA completed – RFI received, inquiry floated to GP attorneys for response & possible assignment.

    • JMBM Sr. Systems Engineer – SO close to success, the candidate just needs to see the light. $5k guaranteed
    bonus was added to the offer. Candidate was unresponsive on Saturday and did not act
    on Offer. Sent disjointed text msg on Sunday and claimed to have sent in questions about the revised
    offer. There were no questions received and the message did not seem credible taken as a whole.
    • Fish & Richardson Patent Litigation Associate – RFI received from the firm.
    • Wes re-engaged Burns & Levinson and has full discretion to source for their JOs.
