    Program Officer | The Antara Foundation January 2024 – Present
    ● Spearheading the management of quality delivery of key services for pregnant women and
    children given by the health department and the women and child development department at
    block level.
    ● Organizing and analyzing large raw government data sets to identify coverage and quality of
    maternal and child health indicators and discussing gaps and resolutions with block and
    district administration.
    ● Managing interdepartmental coordination in service delivery and review of key indicators through
    joint field visits and joint sector-level review meetings.
    ● Building structures and systems of review along with community health officers and sector
    supervisors to ensure systematic review and monitoring of service delivery.

    ● Regularly monitored key maternal and child health services including routine immunization of
    children and Antenatal check ups of pregnant women in Village Health Sanitation and Nutrition
    Day in 40+ villages.
    ● Facilitated 50+ meetings of frontline workers to enable better data reporting of end-to-end
    maternal child health services provided by 200+ frontline workers across 2 development blocks.
    ● Led the capacity building of over 200+ public health frontline workers in maternal and child
    health and nutrition themes through mass trainings and on-field hand holding
    ● Spearheaded a study to identify reasons causing the prevalence of home deliveries through
    in-depth interviews and cross-sectional surveys of 97 respondents across stakeholders
    including frontline workers, pregnant women, lactating women, relatives of the former two
    stakeholders, traditional birth attendants and traditional healers across 22 health and
    wellness centers and 22 villages.
    ● Designed detailed questionnaires for in-depth interviews and developed surveys for each
    stakeholder group on ODK, an open source data collection platform to facilitate cross sectional
    surveys.
