Hands on experience or work simulation which the Grade 11 and 12 students
will undergo to expose them to the actual workplace setting and to enrich the
competencies provided by the school under the supervision of the School Head
and the designated personnel of the Partner.
A. RATIONALE
One of the goals of K-to-12 program which aims to develop the
learners’ competencies, work ethics, and values through the augmentation
of education with the world of work experiences, aside from being a
mandatory subject for graduation, the Work Immersion program is a key
feature of the SHS Curriculum; and can be conducted in different ways
relative to the purposes and needs of the learners.
