The result reveals that I am physically fit and sometimes I hit the above average level.

2. Which tests did you score satisfactorily? Poorly? What should you do about it?
I scored satisfactorily in the entire test test I took. This means that I should exercise
often to keep my body in good shape.

3. Which of the two levels of activity intensity did your heart rate fall during the conduct of
the Fitness Test? (Moderate or Vigorous)
