DESCRIBING SOMETHING / PERSON


1. Choose a thing or person that you want to
describe then start thinking to write the
description or all about it.
2. Write the description in minimum 3
paragraphs. In one paragraph there must be
minimum 5 sentences.
3. Watch your writing in order to get right
spelling and form.
4. Descriptive text use present tense, so you
need base word and remember if the subject
pronouns are He, She, It please add -s behind
the word in positive sentence.
5. Then, memorize the text you made, so you
can perform your best. READ ARE NOT
ALLOWED.
6. Bring the property of the thing you describe,
at least it is in form of Photo or you can bring
the thing related to.
7. Fluency, Accuracy, Pronunciation,
Intonation and Confidence are scored.

READING ALOUD A TEXT

1. Keep Practicing to read a text aloud in


English to make you fluently in reading
English text with correct pronunciation.
2. You can use digital tools, web or app to
hear the correct pronunciation or check
your pronunciation whether right or wrong,
such as LearnEnglish Sounds Right app
from British Council.
3. At the day, your teacher will give you a
text, then you can start to read until your
teacher say stop.
WRITING

WRITING A RECOUNT TEXT


1. Recount Text is a text which tells about past
experience of a person or past event.
2. Start thinking of an experience you have.
(you can write directly even it’s not your true
experience)
3. Write the story in minimum 3 paragraphs. In
one paragraph there must be minimum 5
sentences.
4. Watch your writing in order to get right
spelling and form.
5. Recount Text use Past tense, so all verbs
should be in the second form, past simple (Verb
2)
6. Then, memorize the text you made, so you can
re-write well. CHEATING MEANS FAILED.
7. At the day, your teacher will give you a piece
of blank paper, so you can spill out the story
you have memorized about.
8. How you write, the content, structure of the
sentences are scored.
